TF Type TF-C . TF-316 . TF-316S . TF-625 . TF-625S . TF-F51The TF type is a composite multilayer material used in the manufacture of dry self-lubricating Sliding Bearings. The main parts composing this product are a filled modified PTFE layer (lead free, in accordance to the European Parliament “ELV” directive 2000/53/EC) for the sliding self-lubricating surface, and a special primer used to allow the sintering of the PTFE layer to four types of baking metal layers, like carbon steel, bronze, stainless steel and Inconel 625.Thanks to its structure, the TF type provides an excellent match between the mechani-cal strength of the steel, and the low coefficient of friction due to the modified PTFE sliding layer. This is a product, that can be used in appli-cations with medium loads, and in a clean environment with low levels of abrasive elements such as metal powders. It can also be used with special mineral oils and specific greases such as silicone compounds or lithium soap.

TX Type TX-C . TX-316 . TX-625 . TX-F51This code identifies a line of bearings that are specially manufactured to allow the bonding of a filled PTFE coated fabric (lead free, in accordan-ce to the European Parliament “ELV” directive 2000/53/EC) on four types of backing metal layers, like carbon steel, bronze, stainless steel and Inconel 625. The Sliding Surface is primarily composed of filled PTFE coated fabric, and other elements to guarantee the high wear resi-stance. The TX products find their best usage in slow-moving applications, with heavy loads, and where dry operation is required. Thanks to the thick self-lubricating layer up to 0,4 mm, this product has a high wear resistance, and can work in dirty or abrasive environment. For this pro-duct it is not recommended the use of oil, while the use of special grease, such as silicon or lithium soap, is only possible during the assembly.

PMT Type PMT-316 . PMT-625 . PMT-625 plusThis product identifies a new generation of Sliding Bearings for applications in low and high temperature, thanks to a special treatment performed with a system similar to the PVD process. This treatment confers to the material an excellent resistance to extreme temperatures while maintai-ning a good coefficient of static friction even with a dynamic heavy load. The metal backing layers used for this product are the Aisi 316L and the Inconel 625. With this type of product, the shaft should not be heat treated. It is not recommendable to use oil and grease with these bearings.

SB-00 Type is a composite material added by a self-lubricating ptfe charged coated layer, an in-between layer made by bronze at sintered tin, a support in carbon steel p04 with low content of carbon steel. Thanks to its structure the sb-00 material can combine both the mechanical resistance of the steel and the low friction coefficient of the sliding ptfe base layer in an optimal way; the bronze layer guarantees a solid linkage for the self-lubricating mixture and it allows a good heat loss of the heating generated during the working. As per the last 2000/53/ec european law, this material does not contain lead.

SB-04 Type is a composite material added by a self-lubricating layer of special ptfe plus with excelent friction coefficient and optimum resistance to usury both in a dry and in a hydrodynamic con-dition, an in between layer made by bronze at sintered tin, a support in stainless steel with low content of carbon. Thanks to its structure, sb-04 material combines the mechanical resistance of the stainless steel and a low friction coefficient of the sliding layer with ptfe special plus base in an optimal way; the bronze layer guarantees a solid linkage for the self-lubricating mixture, and it allows a good thermal heat loss of the heating generated during the working.

SB-10 Type typeproduct identifies a series of double-metal bearings made by a support in stain-less steel with low content of carbon, and a layer of sintered bronze (cusn10pb10). These bearings are used with oil or grease lubricating. The sliding surface is available in different types, that we can divide into the following classes:SB-10 = smooth bronze surface.SB-11 = bronze surface with spherical alveolus.SB-12 = bronze surface with lozenge alveolus.SB-13 = bronze surface with metal cover for hooking of the internal diameter once it is inserted in the housing. SB-14 = bronze surface with lubricant channels as per drawing.

SB-20 Type product is a material with a composite structure, the support is made by stain-less steel material with low content of carbon, on which a layer of porous bronze is sintered and, the layer itself, is impregnated with a coat of co-acetalic resin. Alveolus holes are made on the sliding surface in order to absorb and to gradually release the lubricant placed inside during the assembling process. The usage of sb-20 is wide, since civil and industrial vehicles, till working machineries and in every application where there are joints that need periodical lubrications. Sliding bearings, thrust bearings and belts belonging to sb-20 series are available, both in metric and inch dimensions. Moreover we can provide sb-21 product, that has a higher layer of co-ace-talic material, in order to have the possibility to screw the internal diameter thanks to the mechani-cal working, for a better precision and a maintenance of the tolerances.

SB-30 Type is a bearings belonging to sb-30 series are completely made by cusn8 bronze. This alloy is particularly adapts for the sliding couplings lubricated with oil or grease, moreover it resists to the corrosion of chemical and environmental agents. The working surfaces of this product is covered with alveolus lozenge holes, in order to allow the lubricant to initially amass, and gradually to release during the working process. The range is available in cylindrical shapes, flanges, thrust bearings, belts and special pieces. The most common usage of sb-30 product is in the earth-moving machineries, agricultural machineries, diggers, dumpers, etc.

SB-40 Type is a material suitable for high loadings and low speeds. The metal support of these bearings is usually made by bronze, and in particularly by cuzn25al5, in which solid lubricant, or graphi-te, or ptfe is put inside; during the sliding movement, the lubricant covers the surface of the shaft, ensuring the working without maintenance.The metal base is an alloy of bronze-brass, but some other kinds of alloys can be used on the base of the client needs.This range of products is available in different shapes, cylindrical bushes, flange shapes, thrust bearin-gs, belts and special pieces as per drawing.

SBM TypeThis is a material designed for use where a high wear resistance is needed, even when low or high temperature are present, as much as heavy loads. In comparison to similar materials, this product keeps a relatively low coefficient of friction. The self-lubricating layer is a peculiar mixture of sintered bronze and special solid lubricants. The backing materials used for this product are carbon steel, stainless steel and bronze. We can produce any dimension for any type of special plain bearings, flanged bearings, thrust washer or sliding plates and shaped tapes according to drawings. Normally, this material does not require any lubrication, but it can be used with hydrodynamic lubrication.
