6 days of skiing in CORTINA and THE SELLA RONDA
Join an inclusive and fun group of Ski Bees members and head to one of the world’s most breathtaking and iconic ski resorts! Skiing 5 days in the picturesque Cortina d’Ampezzo with one day private bus shuttle and guided ski day to Corvara where we will access and ski the massive “Sella Ronda” ski area. Panoramic Cortina is situated at 1225 meters. It offers skiers 4 very distinct areas to choose from, with over 115 km’s of designated ski runs, rising to an altitude of 2930 meters. Round out this fabulous ski vacation with a guided afternoon tour of fabulous Venice, staying overnight in Venice-Mestre.

This family owned hotel is located in a quiet and panoramic position only a 5 minute walk away from the town’s cobble stone centre. In the morning, you can either take a 300m walk or a 5 minute bus ride to the slopes. Includes daily buffet breakfasts and 3 course dinners with wine, tea or coffee and water .

• 1 night in Venice-Mestre at the 4* Hotel Plaza, with breakfast.
• 6 days skiing
• 2 days of ski guides. 1st day in Cortina and another day when we ski the Sella Ronda.
• Private bus transfers from airport as well as a transfer to Sella Ronda for a ski day.

• Insurance: Cancellation, trip interruption or medical.

Please be aware…… Ski Bees cannot guide, teach lessons, or lead members around the ski slopes while on these trips. Our Insurance does not allow us to do so. We are simply there as hosts on these trips to help organize and co-ordinate. You need to come physically prepared and in good shape to ski as Cortina’s ski areas are vast and a lot higher in altitude than where we ski here in Ontario. You need to be confident enough to be able to read the trail maps and signs, so you can find your own way around these ski areas and back to the hotel, as this is not a guided ski tour. Pacing yourself is very important, especially on the first day. We strongly recommend that you come with a friend that you are comfortable skiing with and that this friend skis at the same pace, speed and skill level as you do, as we do not believe that it is wise to ski alone. Included in this package is a guide on the first day of skiing at Cortina as well as for the day we plan to visit the Sella Ronda. We will ask members to arrange themselves into groups of approx.10 members, of varying skiing abilities. Please be aware that you will need to be at a strong intermediate skiing level to be able to fit into one of these groups. If you are an inexperienced skier or a novice skier newer to the sport of skiing, or have not been on one of our fabulous trips before, then first check with us to find out if this trip is suitable, or the best trip for your skiing level. As Cortina is split up over several different areas, please be prepared to catch the bus (across the road from our hotel) or walk to the ski lifts. Our hotel in Cortina is not slope side accommodation. We highly recommend you sign up for our snow school lessons on Wednesdays, to get your ski legs ready for this fabulous adventure. Our lessons can help prepare you to handle different daily snow conditions that you may encounter on this trip. Everyday can be different in the mountains!
