4. Current Status of point – wise compliance of the stipulated environmental conditions/ safeguards.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE

2. A suitable plan for providing shelter,

light and fuel, water and waste disposal

for construction labour during the

construction phase shall be provided

along with the number of proposed

worker allowed to stay at project site

during night time. Necessary basic

facilities like temporary toilet, and

wash area have been provided

throughout the construction phase for

construction workers.

3. Obtain proper permission from

competent authorities regarding

enhanced traffic during and due to

construction and operation of project.

if required.

Traffic circulation Plan in this regard

has already submitted.

4. Obtain necessary clearances from the

competent authority on the abstraction

and use of ground water during the

construction and operation phases.

We are not using ground water during

construction phase, hence clearance is

not required. Tanker supply water is

being used for construction work

purpose.

5. Hazardous/inflammable/ Explosive

materials likely to be stored during the

construction and operation phases shall

be as per standard procedure as

prescribed under law, Necessary

clearances in this regards shall be

obtained.

Only hazardous waste generated

during construction phase is used oil

from D.G sets which is being stored in

leak proof containers and shall be

given to approved recycler.

6. Suitable rainwater harvesting systems

as per designs of groundwater

department shall be installed. Complete

proposals in this regard should be

submitted.

Rainwater harvesting & Ground water

recharging shall be done. Oil & Grease

trap to remove oil & Grease from the

surface runoff shall be provided.

7. The emissions and effluents etc. from

machines, Instruments and transport

during construction and operation

phases should be according to the

prescribed standards. Necessary plans

in this regard shall be submitted.

Necessary care is being taken to

control emissions & effluents etc from

during construction phase & will be

taken during operation phase also.

Covered transportation of material is

being practiced.

8. Water sprinklers and other dust control

measures should be undertaken to take

care of dust generated during the

construction and operation phases.

Necessary plans in this regard shall be

submitted.

sprinkling is being done on regular

basis.

Construction material stored at site is

being covered with the cloth/plastic

sheet to avoid the dust emission.

9. Suitable noise abatement measures shall

be adopted during the construction and

operation phases in order to ensure that

the noise emissions do not violate the

prescribed ambient noise standards.

water. No other effluent shall be

allowed to mix with Domestic effluent.

12. Hazardous/ Solid wastes generated

during construction and operation

phases should be disposed off as

prescribed under law. Necessary

clearances in this regard shall be

obtained.

No hazardous waste is being generated

during construction phase. Only lesser

amount of used oil from D.G Sets is

generated and same shall be disposed

off through approved recycler.

13. Pavements shall be so constructed as to

allow infiltration of surface run-off of

rain water. Fully impermeable

pavements shall not be constructed.

Construction of pavements around trees

shall be as per scientifically accepted

principles in order to provide suitable

watering, aeration and nutrition to the

tree.

14. Compliance with the safety procedures, We are complying with all safety

20. The green belt design along the

32. Dispensary for first aid shall be

provided.

Regular Health checkup of workers is

being done. Medical certificate of few

workers is enclosed as Annexure IV

33. Ground Water downstream of Rain

Water Harvesting pit nearest to STP

should be monitored for bacterial

contamination. Necessary Hand Pumps

should be provided for sampling. The

monitoring is to be done in pre and post

monsoon, seasons.

34. The green belt shall consist of 50%

trees, 25% shrubs and 25% grass as per

MOEF norms.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

1. The STP should be redesigned and

water balance should be submitted

based on 86 LPCD. Treated effluents

shall not be disposed into public sewer

or community STP. The treated water

should be 100% utilized for the

gardening.

Treated effluent shall be reused for

flushing, cooling and horticulture

purpose within the complex after its

operation.

2. Quantity of water required for flushing

HVAC/ DG sets, horticulture, washing

etc. within the project should only be

sent for treatment to STP i.e. to be

reused completely within the premises.

The surplus should be directed to public

sewer for treatment in the STP of the

Gaziabad Development Authority.

We will comply with the requirement.

Waste water shall be treated in Sewage
