3. Current Status of point – wise compliance of the stipulated environmental conditions/ safeguards.
SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
CONSTRUCTION PHASE Sr. No

i.) All required sanitary and hygienic measures
should be in place before starting construction
activities and to be maintained throughout the
construction phase.
We are maintaining all the required sanitary &
hygienic measure at the project site and shall
be maintained throughout the construction
phase as well as operational phase.
ii) Soil and Ground water samples will be tested to
ascertain that there is no threat to groundwater
quality be leaching of heavy metals and other
toxic contaminants.
Soil and Ground water monitoring is being
done on regular basis to ascertain any threat to
ground water or soil quality.
Test Reports are attached as Annexure II.
iii) A first Aid Room as proposed in the project
report shall be provided both during
construction and operational phase of the
project.
First Aid facility has been provided at site
during construction and same will be provided
during operational phase also.
iv.) Adequate drinking water and sanitary facilities
should be provided for construction workers at
the site : safe disposal of wastewater and solid
waste generated during the construction phase
should be ensured.

have been done for the safe disposal of
wastewater and solid waste generated during
the construction.
v) Disposal of muck including excavated material
during construction phase should not create any
adverse effects on the neighboring communities
and be disposed off taking the necessary
precautions for general safety and health aspects
of people, only in approved sites with the
approval of competent authority.

vi) Diesel power generating sets used during
construction phase should be of enclosed types
to prevent noise and should conform to rules
made under Environment (Protection) Act 1986,
prescribed for the air and noise emission
standards.
1 DG set of 125 KVA capacity has been
installed at the construction site which is
acoustically enclosed .
vii) Ambient noise levels should conform to
residential standards both during day and night.
Incremental pollution loads on the ambient air
and noise quality should be closely monitored
during construction phase. Adequate measures
should be made to reduce ambient air and noise
level during construction phase, so as to confirm
to the stipulated standards by CPCB /DPCC.
Ambient noise levels are being monitored
regularly.
The monitoring results are enclosed as
Annexure II.
viii). Vehicles hired for bringing construction material
to the site should be in good condition and
should have a Pollution Check Certificate and
should confirm to applicable Air and Noise
emission standards and should be operated only
during non peak hours.
Vehicles hired for bringing construction
material are in good conditions and are having
valid PUC Certificates. Vehicles are being
operated during non- peak hours.
PUC certificate of few vehicles hired for
construction are enclosed as Annexure III.
ix) Construction spoils including bituminous
material and other hazardous material must not
be allowed to contaminate water courses and the
dump sites for such must be secured so that they
should be not leach into the ground water.
Materials are properly stacked to avoid any
contamination to the Ground water. Used Oil
from DG set shall be disposed through
approved / registered recycler.
x) Any hazardous waste generated during
construction phase, should be disposed off as
per applicable rules and norms with necessary
approvals of the Delhi Pollution Control Board.
No hazardous waste is generated during
construction phase. However used oil generated
during construction phase shall be disposed off
through approved recycler.
xi) Regular supervision of the above and other
measures for monitoring should be in place all
through the construction phase so as to avoid
disturbance to the surrounding.
Regular monitoring is being done for the
equipments to avoid any kind of disturbance to
the surrounding.
xii) Under the provision of Environment (Protection)
Act 1986, legal action shall be initiated against
the project proponent if it was found that
construction of the project had started without
obtaining environmental clearance.
Construction was started after obtaining
Environmental Clearance.

1 The environmental safeguards contained in the
documents should be implemented in letter and
spirit.

2 Provision should be made for the supply of
kerosene or cooking gas and pressure cooker to
the labourers etc during construction phase.

3. All the labourers to be engaged for construction
work should be screened for health and
adequately treated before the issue of work
permits. Adequate preventive and protective
measures shall be taken to protect workers,
labourers etc during construction and operation
phase of the project.

4. Six monthly monitoring reports should be
submitted to the HSPCB and Regional Office,
MOEF, GOI, Northern Region , Chandigarh and
a copy to the SEIAA Haryana

compliance reports to the concerned
department.
5. Officials from the Regional Office of MoEF , Noted and will be complied.
Chandigarh who would be monitoring the
implementation of environmental safeguards
should proponents during their inspection. A
complete set of all the documents submitted to
MoEF should be forwarded to the CCF, Regional
office of MoEF, Chandigarh.
6. In the case of any change(s) in the scope of
project, the project would require a fresh
appraisal by the Ministry.

The ministry reserve the right to add additional
safeguards measures subsequently, if found
necessary, and to take action including revoking
of the environmental clearance under the
provisions of the Environmental (Protection) Act,
1986, to ensure effective implementation of
suggested safeguards measures in a time bound
and satisfactory manner.
We have complied with the requirement. Copy
of Newspaper advertisement has already been
submitted.
8. All other statutory clearances such as the
approvals for storage of diesel from Chief
Controller of Explosives, Fire Department, Civil
Aviation Department, Forest Conservation
Act,1980 and Wildlife (Protection) Act 1972,
PLPA 1900, Forest Act,1927 etc. shall be
obtained, as applicable by project proponents
from the respective authorities prior to
construction of the project.

shall be obtained.
9. A copy of Environmental Clearance letter would
be marked to local NGO(s) for the information.

10 The project proponent should advertise in at least
two local newspapers widely circulated in the

12 The project authority will enter in MOU with all
the buyers of the property to ensure operation and
maintenance of the assets by owner of the
building.
