Site Visit Report #133 DATE: June 19, 2017 PROJECT: Lakewood High School Project: 2014-05 OBSERVATIONS: 1. Curved sidewalk, northeast of NCW – leading to 172nd, is poured. Most of sidewalk north of NCW –

along south side of bus parking – is poured. 2. Another seatwall near main entry has been poured. 3. Landscaping crew is working on irrigation lines west of Greenhouse. 4. Main Gym and Aux Gym walls have been coated with block filler. 5. Kitchen and Servery equipment installation in progress. Most equipment has been brought inside

from Service Yard. Rolling racks are placed in Dry Storage room. Concrete floor slabs installed in walk-in Cooler and Freezer.

6. Additional joint and fastener finishing visible on GWB-finished walls in Weight Room and Fitness / Wrestling.

7. Rolls of carpet have been delivered to Transitions classroom, NCW 1st floor. 8. Hoisting beam and equipment for elevator assembly present in elevator shaft. 9. Middle portion of Commons floor – west of Ted Talks platform – is being ground, preparation for

polishing and staining. 10. Metal siding workers installing panels on south and east sides of Fly Loft. 11. Workers observed at rooftop HVAC units for NCW and Admin/Advising. 12. Allied has excavated and removed more quarry spalls along southwest and west side of the fill

between Aux Gym and parking lot. Excavation of soil is underway in this area.
