CAMP FORMSThere are 4 forms that should be returned by now:• permission slip• health profile• swimming consent• student contract

You will receive 2 forms from us:• an equipment list• A photocopy of Permission Form and Student contract (to keep somewhere safe!)

Once your child has returned these 4 forms, $110 or $160.00 for 2 or more children and a packet of biscuits, they are on the camp list!
