RULES
ARTICLE 1 - EligibilityThe SIRENA photo Contest is open to
everyone and worldwide on the Fan page of SIRENA

ARTICLE 2 - Application FeeJoin the competition is free.
ARTICLE 3 Application procedure
The objective of the competition is to promote your best SIRENA
photos. Each photo must featureone or several SIRENA boat(s) or be
related to the brand SIRENA.
The competition is open to everyone from 12 am, October 1st,
2013 (GTM+1 Time) to 12 pm onDecember 3th 2013 (GTM+1 Time).
Applicants commit themselves to communicate only exact, real and
sincere informations. Anywrong or uncompleted entries might be
considered as out of competition.
Each competitor pledges that he is the sole owner and author of
said material entered, and hasexclusive right and authority to
submit the same to the Riders Match competition upon the termsand
conditions stated herein. Riders Match gets free of any
responsibility in case of contesting withregard to the image
reproduction rights and/or the copyright by third parties. Riders
Match gets free
of any rights infringements consequences.
All photos becomes the property of Riders Match. Each competitor
whose video(s) is(are)qualified, gives to Riders Match an
irrevocable exclusive licence to use, copy, distribute,communicate,
broadcast, modify, edit, adapt, segment and otherwise exploit the
photo for anypurpose in any media worldwide without notice or
fee.
ARTICLE 4 - Winners selection procedureA jury of influent people
composed of pro-riders, extreme sports legends, sponsors, medias,
willfinally vote among the shortlist of the 9 nominees, chosen by
the SIRENA Crew (3 in the innovation
category, 3 in the impertinence category, 3 in the conviviality
category).These 9 photos will be presented to the public and the
jury on the big screen of the Nautic BoatShow, during the official
SIRENA Awards Ceremony heading on december, saturday 14th.The jury
will watch the photos and choose the winners of each category.
Remember that the publicwill be invited to influence the jury by
its applauses!

4 PRIZES :
- Community Prize : decided by the vote online- Innovation Prize
: decided by the Jury on the Paris Nautic Boat Show
- Impertinence Prize : decided by the Jury on the Paris Nautic
Boat Show- Conviviality Prize : decided by the Jury on the Paris
Nautic Boat Show
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and RIDERS
MATCH keeps the right to
substitute any prize for an item of similar or different
value.
ARTICLE 6 - Waiver of any recourse
Each competitor wishing to compete will have to respect all the
points of the present competitionrules. In case of non-respect of
the competition rules, the organizer reserves the right to cancel
theapplication.
Applicants commit themselves to refrain from taking any contest
against the conditions oforganization of the competition, the
results or the jury decisions.
ARTICLE 7 - Rights & Data ProtectionPersonal details
relating to you may be data-processed in compliance with the French
Law of
January 6, 1978 relating to Freedom & Data Protection.
Pursuant to the provisions of articles 34and 36 of the French Law
of January 6, 1978 relating to Freedom & Data Protection, you
have the
right to access, correct, modify and delete any data relating to
you.
