The SIPPO Trade Fair Service Package includes:

• Trade fair preparation workshop

• Booth at SIPPO pavilion; SIPPO designs and constructs the exhibition booth (stand, company name,

floor covering, display facilities, lighting, etc.). 18 – 20m2 are allocated per participant;

• Promotional activities: Mailing of SIPPO trade fair catalogue to potential buyers through SIPPO prior

to the fair.

• Entry of the company name in the official fair catalogue.

• Support during trade fair preparation, through international furniture consultant

• Hotel accommodation (*** hotel, for max. two people per company in double room, 9 nights)

• Match-making services in order to attract a large number of high quality contacts during trade fair.

Services not included:

• Additional overnight accommodation and extras (phone calls, mini-bar, additional participants, etc.)

• Shipment of the exhibits

• Travel costs to Cologne and back and personal expenses

• Meals and other personal expenses

• Personal insurance and Transport and exhibition insurance of goods

• Additional stand arrangements, audio-visual equipment, etc.

Commitment & Participation Fee

Participation in this project requires the intention of the applicant to join the project for three on going

years. To enter a new market requires a mid-term readiness to invest in building up an awareness,

reputation and trust towards the buyers.

•US $ 1’500 + 19% VAT if the company participates the 1st time

•US $ 2’200 + 19% VAT if the company participates the 2nd time

•US $ 2’800 + 19% VAT if the company participates the 3rd time

1. < 500 employees

2. No criteria on the turnover but considered as an essential baseline

3. Company must be privately owned

4. Company can be owned by foreign investors, but investor has to be active

in different sector

5. Company should not already have network in EU /EFTA (max. 1 client in 3

countries; or 3 clients in 1 country)

6. All standards on sustainability, social policy etc. have to be checked on

(sub)sector level

7. English speaking staff is a must

8. Company is not a trader or an agent

9. Company is registered in the country

10. No restriction due to other trade promotion programme participation (CBI

etc.)

of employees, sales based on trade fair participation etc.)

• Your success is our success. Only the results we can measure

indicate to you whether you are successful

Confidentiality agreement:

• SIPPO does not disclose company data to external parties

• Reportings are based on aggregated figures which do not allow to

draw conclusions on single company results
