SIMAC MONOSTATICPRESSESThe Monostatic range of single cavity Dry Bag Isostatic
presses is designed for research and development as well as
batch production. The range offers 100 ton, 300 ton, and
400 ton models with various iso-pressure capacities.
The Monostatic presses are available in a Series I or Series II
configuration. These presses can be supplied in semi-
automatic to fully automatic configurations. It provides full
control of the pressing cycle with adjustable dwell at pressure.
As customer’s requirements vary, Monostatic presses can be
specifically configured to suit the specific application.

Gasbarre Products is an international supplier of
hydraulic and mechanical powder compacting
and sizing presses for simple to complex parts.
Gasbarre designs are engineered for rugged,
reliable operation, and backed by our reputation
for quality and customer service.
SIMAC Limited specializes in the design and manufacturing
of Cold Dry Bag Isostatic Presses for the powder compaction
industry.
Over the years, SIMAC has developed a set of uniquely
configured presses to allow for laboratory type or production
type processes for the manufacture of uniform density
components. The dry bag design is employed so that powder
filling, compaction, and ejection are greatly simplified from wet
bag types. In most cases the process is more efficient due to
the dry bag design allowing for quick, ready to press parts.
The SIMAC dry bag isostatic presses include a tool mounting
system that allows for a wide range of parts to be produced
in the same machine. Tool changeover is simple because of
the dual inner bag configuration.
