Signal Hill Capital Group (“Signal Hill”) is pleased to announce that it wasnamed the 2014 Boutique Investment Bank of the Year by the Global M&ANetwork at the Americas M&A Atlas Awards Gala Ceremony held in NewYork City on October 30th. Signal Hill was also the proud recipient of twoadditional awards: the Private Equity Small Middle Market Deal of the Yearaward for its work as advisor to FireMon in its recent successful transactionwith Insight Venture Partners and the Cross-Border Small Market Deal ofthe Year for its work as advisor to Catapult in its acquisition by ChinaSoft.
