    Latinos represent the largest ethnic population

    in Massachusetts and the state is the 15th

    largest Latino market in the U.S.

    In Massachusetts, the Latino population grew

    46.4% in the last decade, while the states

    overall population grew 3.1%.

    There are 627,654 Latinos in Massachusetts

    in 2010, or 9% of total population, a jump from

    428,729 in 2000.

    In 120 Massachusetts cities, the number of

    Latinos doubled during the last 10 years.

    Purchasing power in Massachusetts totaled

    $12.4 billion (2009)an increase of 381.5%since 1990.
