9 Student feedback mechanism on institutional Governance/faculty performance.

Student's Feed Back is taken at the end of each semester regarding academic affairs & other matters affecting campus life.In addition Suggestion Boxes are placed wherein the students in particular are encouraged to give their suggestion and grievances, ifany. There is a link on college website for online feedback for all the stakeholders.

Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty staff & students

Following forms are available for presenting the Grievances of staff & faculty. I) Approaching Principal freely without fear through oral or written representation. ii) Weekly meetings at convenient date are held with the aggrieved staff/ faculty member. iii) Aggrieved person is free to represent his/her case before the Governing Body meeting. iv) Teachers' organizations like NUTA, MFUCTO & organizations for non teaching staff at University are pro-active. v) Well laid down grievances mechanism is available at University level as per rules.

vi) Students Representative Council (SRC) is effectively available to present students grievance at large. vii) Dean - students is available for solving individual student grievances and conceling of students. vii) Class Teacher Scheme : Each H.O.D. through Class Teacher ensures speedy disposal of grievances of the students satisfactorily. We have vouched for students centered system.
