The SHM range of sheeters are a proven and cost effective range of sheeters availablein widths from 1100 - 1700mm. By far the most common is the 1400mm High Speedof which over 600 were produced. Due to their mechanical and electrical simplicity, thevast majority are still in production cutting banknotes to film, board to specialist papers.

The dependable cut to register is still regarded as a very accurate machine that in goodmechanical condition can cut an accuracy high as ± 0.25 mm.

We can supply refurbished machines (subject to availability) with new unwind equipmentmanufactured by Comprint International (examples are illustrated on the following page).

All used sheeters can be installed and commissioned by SHM trained engineers who canalso offer operator training to bring the equipment into production in the shortest possibletimescale. The same engineers can also offer servicing and repairs to keep your sheeter inproduction.

unwind options SHM sheeter

We can supply new unwind equipment to suit your requirements. Cost effective "J" Series shafteddisc braked unwinds (top & bottom right) are suitable for when multiple rolls are to be converted in aconfined space.Shaftless "CS1500" single position (top left) and "V Type" (bottom left) double postion pick up fromfloor unwinds result in a highly automated configuration and as with the shafted unwinds can bepaired up for multi-reel applications.We can supply this equipment to retro fit your existing sheeter or with any used / refurbishedequipment that we supply.
