A stoker is a device for mechanically supplying fuel to make

combustion.

In a incineration facility, burning is formed according to the

shape of the grate in the incinerator.

The waste is placed thereon and the combustion air is supplied

from the lower part to transfer the waste, and a drive transmit-

ting device for continuously and efficiently performing com-

bustion.

Drying, combustion and post-combustion may be carried out

individually or simultaneously.

The air required for combustion is supplied uniformly from the

lower part of the stoker, and the ash is dropped by the repro-

cessing facility in the lower part of the stoker for cooling and

discharging.

Although the waste is directly put into the incinerator, depend-

ing on the system, a separate crushing treatment facility can be

installed and operated to increase the combustion efficiency.

The basic principle of the gasification incinerator is

divided into a primary gasification furnace through

which waste is introduced, dried and pyrolysed, and a

secondary combustion furnace that completely burns

the generated gas.

The combustion air is appropriately regulated and sup-

plied so that optimum combustion is achieved.

Gasification Incineration refers to the process of trans-

forming organic wastes into useful fuels by physico-

chemical reactions using oxidants in a hypoxic state.

Conventional incinerators have problems with automatic

discharge of flooring and maintenance of constant

combustion temperature.

Waste generation systems generally consist of incinerator , waste heat boiler and power generation system.

The steam from the boiler is stored in the high pressure steam header. The steam is fed into the steam turbine

then electricity is generated.

Steam that consumes energy while passing through steam turbine is collected from steam condenser, stored

in condensate tank, and then dissolved oxygen in water is removed from deaerator and water is supplied to

boiler.

When the turbine is stopped, the steam is collected from the high-pressure steam condenser and returned

to the condensate tank.

Waste Energy Conversion converts wastes into fuels and energy, which are classified into physical,

thermal, and biological technologies, depending on how they are treated.

Solid waste fuel, pyrolysis oil, waste gas, and landfill gas are used as power generation energy

The energy of a drop of water entering the scroll aberration is not released until it is completely destroyed

The most important equipment of small hydro power system is water turbine.In order to improve the economic

efficiency, the selection of water turbine to the characteristics of the plant should be prioritized.

Scroll is a whirlpool. Scroll aberration turbine is a hydro turbine with two scrolling parts. By relatively moving

to obtain the rotational force, although the principle has been known for a long time, it can not be put to prac-

tical use due to difficulties in manufacturing, It has been put into practical use due to development of working

techniques and applied to a compressor and expander manufacturing technology.

ORC(Organic Rankine Cycle)

ORC(Organic Rankine Cycle) is the waste heat from internal combustion engines and industrial processes, which

generates electricity by heating the refrigerant that evaporates at a lower temperature than water.It has the advantage

of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by increasing fuel efficiency.

• Inexpensive heat of medium-low temperature (<300 ° C) makes ORC generation more economical than steam

generator

Sludge Drying and Fuel production System (Vaporization Drying)

Sewage sludge is treated economically and hygienically, and the latest technology of machineries drying facility is applied for the production of sludge fuel.Considering the latest design, construction and operation, we will create the best sludge drying facility and sludge fuel production facility.

This saves energy costs, reduces government fossil energy use, and reduces carbon dioxide emissions.The main mechanism of the drying process is that the high temperature of the waste oil with a low specific heat and the high activity of the waste oil vapor increase the internal pressure by the temperature increase of the sludge moisture and evaporation phenomenon of the water vapor.As a result, the structure of the internal pore, which serves as a mass transfer passage between the moisture inside the sludge and the external steam, is maximized.

Therefore, the increase in the pressure of steam and the expansion of the distribution channel exerts the water vapor to the outside, and the negative pressure inside the sludge temporarily formed thereby smoothes the internal inflow of the oil vapor to help the absorption / adsorption process.

ORC/ Waste heat recycling generator

We are developing 'waste gasification technology' which is a recycling technology of waste. An oxidizer was supplied to the waste to heat 850 ℃.The synthesis gas produced is produced from synthesis gas which can drive the engine and turbine through chemical reaction.Unlike the conventional method of making elec-tricity using heat from burning garbage, to pro-duce syngas. Through this, environmental pollution caused by landfill and incineration is reduced, It has the effect of increasing the economic efficiency based on high power generation efficiency.

ORC is a power generation system that uses solvents to produce steam. This is a method of ejecting a solvent that vaporizes at low tempera-tures using an expander.Since the solvent boils at a much lower tempera-ture than water, a generator is able to be worked by recovered the exhaust gas of diesel engine or/and waste heat from the incinerator.Heat generated after power generation can also be used for building heating(60~70'C).POSH strive to the development of waste heat recycling power generation system using scroll turbine.
