The Sheshatshiu Innu School for grades K-12 has approximately 500 students. The school is located on the Sheshatshiu Reserve, a First Nations Community.
The Sheshatshiu Reserve is home to a small group of Innu people; the teachers and students are all members of the native community.
An important element of the design was to have a consistent look throughout the primary, middle and high school classrooms.
The Archetype desk meets the demands of today’s learning environment, allowing students and faculty to create multiple learning configurations for team building, collaboration, group study and peer-to-peer learning.
Whether in the classrooms or computer lab, the Discover chair’s flexible design provides an ergonomic seating solution. A range of sizes are used throughout the school to comfortably seat students of all ages.
The activity tables and the Archetype desks feature an adjustable height range, allowing the same products to be used and interchanged throughout the school.
