It's the Holiday season. Thanksgiving is only weeks away, and Christmas shopping is in
full force. We'll all be seeing family members and friends, either here in the Low Country
or up North. It's a great time to tell everyone--one more time--about our wonderful life-
style and the mild winter weather in Sun City Hilton Head.
As the nice cool breezes of Fall flow into the North, everyone feels refreshed, but once the
freezing weather sets in for a long 4-5 months, Winter becomes very "boring." What a
pleasant change it would be for family and friends to move to Sun City Hilton Head where
snow is just a memory.
The U.S. economy is booming; unemployment is very low; and mortgage rates are on a
continuing trend upward. What were 3% rates last year, are now 4%, and will soon be
5% rates. Each percent is another $2,500 of interest, every year, on a $250,000 mortgage.
