About Us
About SharePoint FestSharePoint Fest is committed in 2020 to our mission of providing the best and largest series of regional SharePoint & Office 365 conferences in North America. Our localized approach to train-ing events allows for greater accessibility to the best content, speakers, and Microsoft resources while providing all features of larger national conferences. The increased intimacy of a region-ally focused event provides an experience unlike anything else for attendees and vendors alike. SharePoint Fest brings together business and government executives to learn and interface with Microsoft and our world class SharePoint experts.
As a sponsor of SharePoint Fest, you will have multiple opportunities to engage with our attendees throughout the conference. Breaks, lunches, and our cocktail reception all take place in the expo hall, allowing ample time for attendees to interface with sponsors and exhibitors. In addition, we have multiple activities to engage the participants with you including a prize drawing during the networking reception, and an event app game that encourages attendees to connect with spon-sors and exhibitors.

Booth SelectionBooth selection will take place 6 weeks prior to the conference. Sponsorship level and date of registration will play a role in determining booth selection order.
SharePoint Fest reserves the right to refuse an offer of sponsorship or change sponsorship opportunities based on planning needs.

Payment• All prices are listed in US dollars.• All payments must be made in US dollars. • Direct Transfer, checks and credit card payments will be accepted.• Deposit of 50% due upon confirmation. • Full payment must be received prior to booth selection.
Sponsor ResponsibilitiesIt is the responsibility of the sponsor to provide the materials contained in the package, once a commitment has been made. Companies that get the most from their sponsorships are those who actively promote their presence at the conference and provide the necessary materials at the right time.
Sponsor AgreementOnce your preferred sponsorship package has been negotiated, we will prepare a Sponsor Agreement for your signature to be signed and returned within the timeframe required.
Cancellation PolicyCancellation of sponsorship is solely based on the discretion of the Tech Conferences LLC management team. If cancellation is granted, there may be fees associated with services delivered on behalf of the canceling sponsor prior to the date of notification of request of cancellation.
DisclaimerThe rights contained in this document are offered on the basis, that the confirmation sponsor involvement is received before the deadline specified by the Event Organizers (e.g. the production of promotional material). We reserve the right to change this package to change the format of the program subjects.
