H I S T O R Y Shafiq Faris Dagher Ind. & Tr. Co. LLC was founded by a Lebanese Entrepreneur, in the year 1956, as a leader in the casting fields by manufacturing quality kitchens, wooden and aluminum doors including furniture cabinets. As we grew in the said field, we broaden our market by opening a new Factory in Sharjah - United Arab Emirates since 1975, in the year our organization as of today has more than 200 workers. And in order to meet the demands in the Gulf Markets, we subsequently opened branches in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Shafiq Faris Dagher Ind. & Tr. Co. Our unique production facilities specialized and flexible units with over 200 skilled staff members and more than 7,000 SQM of fully equipped Joinery Plan, also Post-forming Line with Pressing, Cutting and Edging. The doors are made out from MDF one side Melamine 120mg, second side applied with PVC 0.4mm thickness made by “Klockner Pentaplast – Germany” (more than 30 different route design and color).

Pre-heating and suction obtains this operation at high temperature through specific press, using best choice of Jowat Glue.

Color according to the choice of the client, between wooden finish and solid color or we can do any matching.

ALUTEK ALUMINUM KITCHENS Technical Specification

Aluminum Alutek

Latest Aluminum coating by natural 8 different wood colors texture, which give you real touch of wood; as well good color stability to light exposure and heat resistant. ( Look like Real ).

Interior Panel

Aluminum sheet 0.7mm treated the same as for the frame with wood color texture, with plane both front and back side with intermediate HPL 3.2mm to insure strength.

STAINLESS STEEL KITCHENS Technical Specification and Construction


Specification

Stainless Steel used in fabricating the Cabinets and Doors is 304 or 18 / 10 Stainless Steel Sheets passed the most important testing methods according

to ECCA partly corresponding to DIN, ASTM and ISO standards.

Stainless Steel Sheets due to these specifications carry the following properties.

Cabinets

The cabinet body as a whole sides and bottom is made of stainless steel sheets 0.6mm thick. Sandwich panels 18mm filled with polyurethane, density 40 kg / m3 to assure strength and sound proof, no screw or rivet shown.

Door

Shutters is made of stainless steel sheet 0.7mm Brush Finish sandwich type, filled by injected polyurethane density 40kg / m which gives the shutter stiffness / rigidity and resistance against heat and humidity. Handles to be built – in the Aluminum section powder coated, or free type to customer choice.


SKIN PLATE ( DOUBLE ) KITCHENS Technical Specification

Skin Plate

Skin Plate is a factory fabricated plastic film laminated on low carbon content, smooth surface steel of 0.70mm thickness.

The base material of the skin plate is hot dip galvanized. The galvanization is complying with A.S.T.M. 526 or BS 2989 – 1971.

The Galvanization is specially treated to bleed and cover the cut edge of the sheet in order to give maximum protection against corrosion and is according to the new unified European standard EU 10142.

The plastic PVC is applied on the galvanized sheet with 200 microns thick to give high protection against corrosion.

PVC laminated steel sheet passed the most important testing methods according to ECCA partly corresponding to DIN, ASTM and ISO standards.

The PVC laminated steel sheet due to these specifications carries the following properties.
