Operating mechanism

For all applications in all climatic conditions, KON^AR can

deliver circuit breakers with spring operating mechanism

or hydraulic operating mechanism depends on request of

the client.

Pole column

Each pole column consists of interrupter unit, post

insulators, operating rod, crank case assembly and base

with operating mechanism and control unit (Fig. 1and 2).

The pole columns are assembled, adjusted, tested (in case

of one interrupter unit also pre-filled with SF6) and delivered

in minimal number of transports units.

The interrupter unit is puffer-type with insulating nozzle and

two-stage blast cylinder with use of the arc thermal energy

for additional compression needed for breaking of short-

circuit currents.

High-performance contact system consists of main current

carrying contacts and separate auxiliary contacts for arc

quenching.

Fig. 3 represents the effective arc quenching during

tripping.

On the basis of more than 50 years experience in production

of high-voltage circuit-breakers, KONČAR has developed a

new generation of single-pole operated, live-tank SF6

circuit-breakers that have been successfully proven in

operation in different climatic zones.

Na osnovi više od 50 godina iskustva u proizvodnji

visokonaponskih prekidača, KONČAR je razvio novu

generaciju jednopolno upravljanih, standardnih (“live-tank”)

SF6 prekidača koji su uspješno potvrđeni u pogonu u

različitim klimatskim uvjetima.

Polni stup

Svaki polni stup se sastoji od prekidne komore, potpornih

izolatora, sklopne motke, sklopa kućišta prigona te

podnožja s pogonskom mehanizmom i upravljačkim

ormarićem (Sl. 1 i 2). Polni stupovi se montiraju,

podešavaju, ispituju (u slučaju jedne prekidne komore i

pretpune plinom SF6) te isporučuju u minimalnom broju

transportnih jedinica.

Prekidna komora je autokompresijskog tipa s izoliranom

sapnicom i dvostupanjskim kompresijskim cilindrom s

korištenjem toplinske energije luka za dodatnu kompresiju

potrebnu za prekidanje struja kratkog spoja.

Vrlo pouzdani kontaktni sustav sastoji se od glavnih

kontakata za vođenje trajne struje i pomoćnih kontakata

na kojima se gasi luk.

Na sl. 3 shematski je prikazan efikasni proces gašenja

luka kod isklopa.

Pogonski mehanizam

Za sve vrste upotrebe, u svim klimatskim uvjetima,

KON^AR mo`e isporu~iti prekida~e s opru`nim ili

hidrauli~kim pogonom zavisno od zahtjeva kupca.
