Instructions for Use

1. PREPARATION 1) Asepsis operation room and aseptic clothing should be prepared. 2) Operators need to be well aware of the treatment plan, operating methods

concerning the product, clinical indications and cautions. 3) Operators should verify the dental hygiene of patients and make a plan

after diagnosis of the existence of biological and physiological factors that

affect the result. 4) Through X-ray and close observation, operators should verify if Fixture’s

osseointegration is appropriate for treatment. 5) Planted Fixture’s size, height of soft tissue, gradient, distance between jaw

bones and shape need to be considered for each patient. 6) Defect and abnormality of the product should be examined before the use,

and the product with overdue expiration date must not be used. 7) The packing should be opened when used and applied to a patient, and

when defect or abnormality is found, the product should not be used. 2. INSTRUCTINONS FOR USE 1) After recovering soft tissue(When use in One Stage surgery, it can be used

immediately after the removal of the healing abutment), the impression can

be obtained. 2) Compare the X-ray photos and the impression, and consider the adjacent

teeth, then the abutment model and size can be decided. 3) The product should be sterilized in an autoclave at 132℃ for minimum 15

minutes and dried for minimum 15 minutes. 4) The selected abutment is mounted to the fixation. 5) The impression needs to be obtained when the abutment is mounted, then

the final prosthetic is made. 6) For the Cement Retained Type, wax-up needs to be done on the abutment

using the plaster model, then the prosthetic is made. 7) The final prosthetic is set at the abutment or the planted platform and the

occlusion of the upper and lower jawbone should be identified, then the

prosthetic is completed. 8) The recommended torque for the screw is as follows: - Cylinder screw: 20N·cm - Abutment screw: 30N·cm 3. CAUTIONS 1) Inappropriate patient selection or procedure may harm on implant devices

or on adjacent osseous tissues, therefore, specialized doctor’s treatment is

required. 2) Re-use of the product may cause inflammation, failure of implant

osseointegration, prosthetic damage.

3) The product should be applied as of the purpose of the product, and the

defect or the damaged products should be replaced. 4) The product should be handled with care to prevent deformation or

damage. 5) The product should be handled under the aseptic environment with aseptic

clothing. 4. PROHIBITION 1) Treatment on patients who may cause instability on the implants, the

fixation failure or complications etc, due to patient’s psychological or physical

disabilities. 2) Treatment on patients with and acute disease such as cardiac seizure

history, arteriosclerosis,etc. 3) Treatment on patients under the status of influencing on osseous tissue

formation, microcirculation or on blood. 4) Patients in pregnancy 5) Patients with uncontrolled high blood pressure or diabetes. 6) Patients with no consent 7) Patients with significantly lower immunity due to chemo or radio therapy. 8) Patients with excessive tobacco smoking or alcohol drinking. 9) Patients with inappropriate dental hygiene. 5. SIDE EFFECTS 1) Dehiscence, healing delay, anesthetic edema 2) Hematoma, infection, inflammation 3) General hypersensitive reaction 6. NOTICE 1) The product should be sterilized before applying to a patient. 2) When the final prosthetic is fixed, osseointegration by X-ray or by stability

test should be executed to verify. 3) Abutment screw fixation should follow the appropriate range of torque

suggested in the MANUAL FOR USE. Excessive torque, may damage the driver,

any function parts or the screw, and less torque than minimum may cause

loosening. 4) When the screw is fixed with Fixture, the fixing direction should be aligned

to the same direction, and over-pressure should not be applied until the firm

fixation is verified. When the fixation is not verified, the product may be

damaged. 5) The product is single-service product and should not be re-used. 6) Patients need to be careful not to apply over-masticatory pressure and

maintain clean dental hygiene.
