Itinerary• Day 1: arrive at Catania airport. Transfer by car to the farmhouse

 – Welcome Lunch with Sicilian specialties

 – Evening: wine tasting with the family that has owned the farmhouse for 5generations

• Day 2: Cooking Class 1 with Eleonora Consoli, followed by lunch. – Rest of the day free. (suggestion: trip to seaside resort of Taormina)

• Day 3: Guided Tour of the Vineyard and Winery. – Rest of the day free ( suggestion: trip to Mt Etna )

• Day 4: Cooking Class 2 with Eleonora Consoli, followed by lunch. – Rest of the day free ( suggestion: trip to seaside town of Siracusa)

• Day 5: Free ( suggestion: trips to the Baroque towns of Modica, Ragusa,Noto)

• Day 6: Cooking Class 3 with Eleonora Consoli, followed by lunch.

 – Rest of the day free. ( suggestion: trip to Agrigento to see Valley of Temples)• Day 7: transfer by car to Catania airport
