    This feature provides multiple load reshuffling policies for a cell in the basiccongestion state to decrease the cell load and increase the access success rate.The load reshuffling policies are inter-frequency load handover, code reshuffling, BEservice rate reduction, uncontrolled real-time traffic QoS renegotiation, CS domaininter-RAT load handover, PS domain inter-RAT load handover, downsizing the bitrate of AMR voice, and MBMS power downgrading.1) Inter-frequency load handover

    This feature supports inter-RAT directed retries during RAB assignment.

    Start Uu interface tracing on the BSC6900 LMT. Use a UE to initiate a PS interactive service.In the Uu Interface Trace dialog box, view the following procedure:1. The core network (CN) sends a RAB_ASSIGNMENT_REQ message to the BSC6900.2. The BSC6900 responds to the CN with a RAB_ASSIGNMENT_RSP message containing

    the cause value "direct retry."3. The BSC6900 sends the CN a RELOCATION REQUIRED message containing the cause

    value "direct retry."

    This feature provides a mechanism for performing handover betweenGSM/GPRS and UMTS systems on the basis of services. This featureforwards appropriate services in a UMTS system to a GSM/GPRS system,balancing load between the two systems.     Se comprob la funcionabilidad balanceo de Carga trasfiriendo el trafico de voz 3G 2G de dos manerascon el Handover Service y Forzndolo con parmetros I-RAT a 2G De igual manera se demostr la funcionalidad del FAST 3G RESELECTION Existen dos Problema uno seria de Percepcin del Usuario en las BCS6000 hay que esperar un promediode 6s para que reseleccione a 3G (en las BCS6000 no existe FAST 3G RESELECTION) y el Segundo esque mientras la llamada este en Tecnologa 2G no tienes conexin de datos (en 2G no se puede haberMultiservicios)

    En la Trasferencia del trafico se puede observar como existe un mejor uso de recursos en ambas tecnologa yse puede bajar la congestin en las zonas criticas 2G Se reconmienda utilizar estas funcionalidades en Clster con problemas de alto Trafico para as mejorar elmejor uso de CE, Power, IUB e inclusive bajar la propia interferencia provocada por el mltiple mvilesconcentrados en una misma zona.
