SQT gives you an overall rating of where your delivery of housing support services currently performs against different objectives and from different perspectives – the provider and the end user:

It is really helpful to have access to a service quality tool that is intuitive, easy to work with and navigate. The possibilities are endless if benchmarking data becomes available from using the tool and it will prove to be a valuable resource for providers

and commissioners alike. In times of pressurised budgets and limited resources, the timing of this launch offers attractive alternatives to traditional inspection regimes and quality assurance.

Sally Parsons Client Services Director, North Home Group, Leeds

An annual licence for SQT includes full access to the tool, one day of comprehensive training provided by Sitra, IT support and access to a helpdesk, from just £4,550 per annum. Alternatively, CIH can carry out the assessments on your behalf.
