Window insert snaps intoplace when constructionis complete

1) Pour-in -place window bucks are available in 8", 10" and 12" projections.

2) The window buck slides directly into the masonry forms.

3) Secure frame into form by nailing through the form and into wood blocking supplied with bracing.

4) After the foundation is cured the forms are stripped revealing the window buck.

5) After construction is complete, the security grille can be easily cut away with a hacksaw.

6) Firmly press the window insert into the window buck so that it engages allof the positioning clips.

The Series 650 hopper window has beenspecifically designed for use in masonryinstallations. Its looks, strength, and time-saving design innovations make it the perfectchoice for builders and contractors who needto keep jobs moving and on schedule withoutsacrificing quality.

Innovation and VersatilityThe Series 650 is designed as a two-piece

window system. First, a pour-in-place windowbuck is secured to the masonry forms while thefoundation is poured. The buck features a reinforced “insert” that acts as security barsthroughout the entire construction process. Thesecond piece to the 650’s innovative design is asnap-in window unit that can be safely storedaway until construction is complete.

When the window is ready to be installedthe security bars are easily cut away and theself-contained window unit is simply snappedinto place. The reversible window unit can be

installed to vent from the top or bottom. A fullsized screen offers 30% more ventilation than asimilar sized slider and there are no tracks tokeep clean.

built-in steel lintel provide superior strengthand proper support for a masonry installation.The Series 650 is constructed with durable corrosion-resistant material that will not rot,rust or retain moisture, enabling it to withstand higher-than-normal pressure. TheSeries 650 achieves the highest forced entryresistance rating with a heavy-duty lockingmechanism that ensures maximum security.

Intercept® “Warm-Edge”TechnologyChoosing the right window includes

choosing the right insulating glass. The Series650 features Intercept® “Warm-Edge” spacersbetween the two panes of glass that are used

to create each 3/4” thick glass panel. Intercept®

spacers reduce condensation around the window perimeter and, combined with the air space between the glass panes, create an effective thermal barrier to help reduce con-ducted heat loss through the window.

Fin-Seal® Weather StrippingFin-Seal® Weather-stripping is a durable

fin-and-pile weather-strip, that provides a soliddraft barrier and is highly effective in resistingair, water, dust and noise. Fin-Seal is designedto withstand years of constant use.
