Given the fact that allresidents will be doingtheir best to turn theirnew dorms / apartments

into their new homes,this program will provideresidents with anopportunity to make somenifty, personalizeddecorations for theirplaces. There will benumerous stations with avariety of craftingmaterials which shall beused for DIY craft projects.

Attendees may choosewhich crafts they wouldlike to make upon arrivingto the program. Whenattendees are ready toleave, they'll have someneat decorations to takeback to their dorms /

apartments. Food andmusic will be provided.

Each living unit will beprovided with a poster whichwill be divided up into thenumber of residents in

each unit. They will also beprovided with a box ofmarkers, colored pencils,glitter, and other decorativetools. Each space on theposter will be given to anindividual where they maydraw or write anything thatrepresents their culture.The residents will have oneweek to complete beforelaminating and hangingon the walls of their floor.I will give a specificlayout of reflective imagesto include that is personalto themselves.
