BEGINNING OF FREEDOM
AIM:-At the end of this lesson, we should be able to
compare and contrast the Israelites‘ deliverance from bondage through crossing the Red Sea with the role of baptismal water
in delivering young believers from the bondage of sin (1Corinthians 10:1, 2); with the
spirit of having more confidence in the deliverance capacity of the Lord Jesus Christ
in our lives.
LESSON OUTLINE:-
I. WHEN TO EAT THE LAMB INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARATION (EXODUS 12:1-7)
II. HOW TO EAT THE LAMB INSTRUCTIONS FOR EATING (EXODUS 12:8-11)
III. WHY TO EAT THE LAMB INSTRUCTIONS FOR EAT (EXODUS 12:12-14)
TIME FOR DISCUSSION:
Let Us Consider the Following Passages:-
Psalms 37:7-9; 44:6, 7; 124:1-5; Romans 8:35-37; 2 Cor.1:8-11;
1 John 5:4, 5.
1.) What battles that can be referred to as “Pharaoh’s” in
your life that God has fought for you? What made you realise
that you needed to relinquish control and allow Him to fight
that battle?
Let Us Consider the Following:-
i.) Regarding a pending confrontation; ii.) Regarding a financial difficulty;
iii.) Regarding a difficult area of ministry.
2.) What "Red Sea experience" are you facing
right now? What will be God's part and what will
be your part in the victory to come?
