and positive spirit to your customers everyday whether you work your MK business spare-time, part-time or full-time!

Thank you for 35 years of teamwork, team spirit, Go-Give and loyalty to our unit and to me, as your Sales Director/NSD!

You ALL are amazing women of faith, kindness, courage, professionalism, fun, footwork and 100% “love” to others. It’s been

a privilege to lead you! Thank you for being on our unit call Saturday, Sept. 10 and our Area call Sunday, Sept. 11. If you

were not on my calls to hear it “live”, I hope you will read this “special decision” now, and know it is from my heart and a

very difficult one.

As you may or may not know, through much prayer and deep thought since returning from Seminar this past July, I have

made the decision to take the next step in my Mary Kay Career for early NSD retirement Jan. 1, 2017. You may or may not

know that my severe chronic back issues have gotten worse even after 6 surgeries and much therapy to find answers, solutions

and treatments You know I love my Mary Kay career as the reason to always move around, through and above daily. So, this

is a difficult decision. Yet, I will always be here for and with you. I’m not going out to the “Pink Pasture” yet! LOL! I will

always be here to chat, brainstorm ideas and pass on Mary Kay’s way with my experience, wisdom and love!

Let’s use these 3 1/2 months to team up to support your business goals and dreams. I remember in 1996 when Mary Kay had

her stroke. We were “wandering a lot, somewhat confused and heartbroken!” Then, we decided to dedicate these days to

“step up” and achieve for Mary Kay, our units and our families. We wanted to show her too, that she trained us well and we

would rise up and carry on! My heart’s desire is to support you, for example:

-have your best holiday sales ever for profit for you and your family

-share with 3 wonderful women and earn your Red Jacket

-sell and service your customers and earn your Star by 9/15 and by 12/15!

-is it your time to lead your team to On-T Car sales and earn your car by Christmas!

-is it your turn to lead your team to DIQ/Sales Director and join us at Leadership 2017 Jan. 15-18 in New Orleans for my

retirement celebration debut?!

a little about them by Fri. prior to Tues. meeting. I will call to introduce myself, chat with them about mtg. (time, dress, fun, agenda) and thank them in advance. *Best women to bring as guests: current skin-care clients, great hostesses, new clients-to-be that are excited to have a facial & tips, women who are 21and up.
