IntegraVac by SACH Central Vacuums is a new concept vacuum system for apartments and smaller homes. It’s small enough to fit under a kitchen unit plinth or inside a cupboard, or even wall mounted in a utility room. Powerful, yet quiet, IntegraVac offers all the benefits of a traditional central vacuum system, but with its compact size enables space saving advantages. The IntegraVac unit is easily emptied and maintained, simply pull-out the drawer cassette to access the 4-litre disposable filter bag. Five disposable filter bags are supplied with each unit, which is sufficient for a whole year of use. If it isn’t possible to vent the IntegraVac unit to atmosphere, there’s

a small exhaust silencer box that easily attaches to the back of the

unit. The exhaust box includes both HEPA and Active carbon filters,

to further refine the expelled air.

Whiteline C500 power unit has a 1350 watt soft-start motor,

delivering an impressive 580 air watts of suction power.

The analogue control module operates the motor and system

circuitry and has an integrated temperature sensor, which

protects the motor against overheating.

The primary motor protection filter is cotton and the secondary

filter is a 12 Litre fleece disposable filter bag.

The C500 includes a heavy duty mounting bracket and a 50mm

flexible pipe connector.

Analogue Control

The analogue units include an operational hour counter, which

enables you to monitor the system use and regulate your service

requirements.

Digital Control Models with a digital control system offer you more comfort and convenience. The menu in the digital electronic panel has five separate functions which can be easily controlled with two buttons. Depending on the menu you that you choose there are different display views, at the push of a button.

The robust housing of the BVC power unit is made of electrolytic galvanised steel, with a powder coating. The S-series models are equipped with two sound absorption rubber blocks on the wall mounting bracket., to further reduce sound transference.

Emptying the lightweight dirt canister is an easy

task and it has a clear window reveal to enable dust

level viewing.

Soft-Start Motors High air watt, through-flow Domel motors with soft-start technology ensures the quiet, phased start of the vacuum motor, with the benefit of less vibration and improved wear and tear of the turbines.

Display indicates the following information: Status: Suction capacity level & motor

temperature. Fill level: Filter filling level. Leak test: Tests the integrity of the pipe

Three Filter System

The power units feature a triple filtration method for protection of the motor and for filtering the exhaust air up to 99.95%. Modern filter technology within each machine ensures the maximum protection against dust allergies and enhanced hygiene levels.

HEPA 13 filter

The High Efficiency Particulate Air filter is used if the exhaust

air cannot be routed to the outside (e.g. in a passive house).

The HEPA 13 filter cleans the exhaust air up to 99.95%

CORDURA® Filter The new two-layer motor protection filter consists of a CORDURA® fibre on the inside, which stops fine dust particles from entering the motor compartment. The satin fabric on the outside has a smooth surface, dirt simply falls off and is collected in the dust container below. There is a weighted centre in the CORDURA® filter and when vacuuming the filter is pulled up by the under pressure. Due to the weighted centre the filter falls back into its original position, after the power unit is turned off.

Disposable Fleece Filter Bag

The disposable fleece filter bag is ideal for hygienic

and comfortable dust disposal. The filter bag has a

volume capacity of 16 litres. The BVC inverted

CORDURA® filtration system allows the power unit to

operate both with or without a disposable filter bag.

AMERICAN MANUFACTURED POWER UNITS

Our quality American range of units have been manufactured since 1956 by

Lindsay Manufacturing Inc, of Ponca City, Ohio and include the Astro-Vac®,

Silent Partner® and VacuMaid® models.

The power units are constructed from rolled galvanised steel and powder

coated for a tough, corrosion-resistant lifetime of use.

There are various filtration options available, including; cyclonic, inverted

bag and paper disposable bag.

Some power units also feature a patented ‘Air Channel’, which allows the

optional use, of a plastic bag liner, making emptying the canister really easy

whilst reducing dust exposure.

The popular inverted bag option provides a permanent filter and the special

SURF-TEX polyester material has an acrylic latex coating, which helps

prevent the filter from becoming clogged and keeps efficiency at an

optimum performance level. A plastic cone allows cyclonic action to further

filter particles and helps prevent the inverted bag from becoming clogged.
