Everyone enjoys Magic show. I was excited when a magician came to our school to present an amazing show. The magician created the moments of astonishment and I was the first among the audience to feel the blast of energy. The magician with his magic transferred all of us into the world of wonder. The magician also made us laugh hard with his jokes. The best magic was when he started taking out uncountable 10 Rupee notes out of a newspaper. At the end of the show, our Respected Headmistress ma’am apprised everyone that there is no such thing ‘magic’, these all are tricks or skillful actions. I celebrated these moments of magic that were organised by my school.

To showcase our talent, we got an opportunity to visit
the Durga Pooja Pandal to present a Nukkad Natak
based on Environment. We played the street play to
propagate social message in humorous & sarcastic way
& create awareness among the masses. Our enthusiastic
and energetic performance attracted maximum crowd
there. The response we got from the spectators was
quite unbelievable. They highly praised out performance
and also promised to keep their surrounding clean and
green. The response of the viewers made our Nukkad
Natak a success.
In school, we are taught that drama is an attractive
mode of communication where the characters quickly
connect to the audience. Thank you Respected Chairman
Sir for making me shine under your guidance.

NATURE
The sun is shining,
The sky is blue,
The birds are flying,
And the breeze is so cool.
Our mother nature is trying her best,
To give nothing but beautifulness.
Let’s make her the best,
By polluting less and less.
And preserve her green dress
For our kids and the rest
Nature, nature come again
Save our lives once again.

Our school organised Cleanliness Drive under Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan Programme wherein the students of our school participated with full zeal and enthusiasm. Even the teachers were the essential part of this drive. Our Respected Headmistress Ma’am started the drive by cleaning the corners of the basketball court. Then all of us followed the suit. We picked up the brooms and started our job. Some did dusting of the classrooms & others went to the playground and picked the bits of paper lying scattered there. Thereafter our HM Ma’am delivered the speech telling us the importance of sanitation. In the end, we all took the oath to keep our home, locality & city clean. It was a unique experience for me. I am thankful to my school for turning out a responsible citizen out of me.

Written by Neil Gaiman, Coraline is a wonderful
imaginative tale of a girl named Coraline who becomes
twisted up in a race to save her parents from her dreaded
Other Mother. This novel can be classified as
horror/fantasy. Perhaps the best way to describe it is it
feels like a child’s imagination gone wild. Coraline draws on
all her wit, courage and physical strength to save her
parents and eventually destroys the Other Mother. I very
much enjoyed the pace of the book, finding myself on the
edge of my seat as I was reading.

I am Shreyas Chandra. My passion is dancing and I realized
my talent at the age of four. I just dance for myself. Over the
years I have realized that danc is not about that certification
of good or bad. Dance is a medium of expression, an art. The
phrase ‘Dance like no one is watching’ is my mantra. I really
enjoy the process of learning dance. I just grab the dance
steps from various dancing shows and after that I make my
own moves. Dance is the language of my soul. My school
gives me innumerable opportunities to put up talent in front
of everyone. Recently I participated in Inter House Dance
Competition at school and my house stood first. My dream is
to become a dance and make my school proud.

what you do; Attitude determines how you do it.”
Badminton is great for the physical health &
simultaneously, it also helps in reducing the anxiety &
stress. Our school organised an Inter Ryan Branch
Badminton Tournament. RIS, sec-31 and RIS, sec-40,
Gurugram participated in the tournament. Students of both
the branches were ready to compete with each other. This
tournament gave us an opportunity to play in a friendly but
a competitive atmosphere. It helped refining my skills. I
also participated in all the categories of matches and
bagged 1st position. It was a proud moment for me to be
felicitated by Respected Headmistress Ma’am. I pledge to
work hard & make my school proud.

The celebration of Diwali, the festival of lights, came alive at Kanhai village. We carried pots, diyas and lanterns with ourselves there and decorated the village school. We talked about the significance of the festival; how good always conquers the evil and also about the why and how diwali is celebrated across the country. I educated the students there about how to celebrate an eco-friendly Diwali. We also sensitized them about the ill effects of crackers. We distributed sweets at Kanhai village which brought a broad smile on their innocent faces. Celebrating Diwali with such pure souls was the best moment of my life.I am thankful to my school for providing me this opportunity.
