Bingo workers in @ 4:00-5:45 P.M. (to sell bingo papers), bingo starts @ 6:00 P.M. We also need game callers

4:00-9:00 P.M. -- as many volunteers as possible would be great!

two more contracts. With so many seasonal owners and visitors starting to arrive this is the perfect time to list your

“Christmas Decorating”…Seminole First Baptist Youth Team is now taking appointments to have your building

decorated for the Christmas season (appointments are on a first-come-first-serve basis). Decorating begins

November 29th

thru December 13th

(removal: January 3rd

thru 10th

). There is no charge for this service, but

donations are appreciated to benefit Youth Mission trips….to book appointment contact: Patricia @ 727-409-

4587. They have furnished our office with all of the necessary liability insurance and workman’s comp forms for

WELCOME BACK MEETING FOR ASSOCIATION PRESIDENTS: Wednesday, November 26th

AUDITORS: GODELS & SOLOMON: Godels & Solomon will be here on November 5th, 12

th to answer any questions

you may have about your Buildings financials -- please see the Management office during business hours to schedule an

appointment on any of those days to see the auditors with any questions or concerns. This service is included in your audit so

please take advantage of this opportunity.

ANNUAL STOCKHOLDERS & DIRECTORS MEETINGS: Each building will be conducting its election for new Board

Members at its upcoming Annual Meeting. As per Florida Statute, it is imperative that your “Letter of Intent” to run for one of the

Board of Director positions be submitted by the due date. YOU MUST MEET THE DEADLINE DATE STATED IN YOUR

NOTICE. If you have any questions, concerns or need help with it please contact Scott Lyckberg at 727-393-7502.

FLUORESCENT LIGHT BULBS: Effective Immediately: If you are going to have Maintenance change out any fluorescent light bulbs in

your unit -- there is a disposal fee of $5.00 for each bulb and it will billed to you on your work order bill. As an alternative you can take the

bulbs to Home Depot at no charge; however they will only accept two (2) bulbs at one time.

SEMINOLE GARDENS RESIDENT DIRECTORY: The new 2014/2015 Seminole Gardens resident directories

are available -- Presidents (if you have not done so yet) please see Denise at the Management office during business hours to pick

up the directories to be given out for your building!

POOL HOURS: Pool Hours: 9:00 A.M. – 10:00 P.M (daily); please do not use the pool any time before or after these hours.

Please remember that the pool closes for chemical maintenance every Thursday @ 4:00pm until 10:00 am Friday mornings.

MGMT. OFFICE WINDOW HOURS: Management office window hours are 10:00 A.M. - 12:00 NOON

& 1:00 P.M. - 3:00 P.M. (Closed 12:00-1:00 P.M.). Please do not leave payments or work orders on the counter

outside the office when unattended! Please use our drop box in the door for after hour payments or work orders.

WIFI @ SEMINOLE GARDENS: Free WIFI is available Seminole Gardens located in the Rec-Hall (can also possibly be

connected from the pool area/library)….you can connect to the WIFI by choosing, REC HALL when signing on.

FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY: After 5:00 P.M. and on weekends, if you have an emergency:

OUR EMERGENCY ANSWERING SERVICE NUMBER IS 499-3209 - (PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS NUMBER

FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN EMERGENCIES!) Please identify yourself, your building number, apartment

number, phone number and the nature of your emergency. The person on call will return the call and/or come to the complex

for the emergency.
