Improve Your International Recruitment Results with a Digital Marketing AssessmentPhilippe Taza
Audience: Educators & Service Providers
►Session description
This presentation will provide valuable information and insight for college and university web and marketing professionals on how to improve their website’s international lead generation and overall recruitment performance by conducting a digital marketing assessment. It will be an ideal resource for program administrators, recruitment managers, marketers, webmasters, web developers, and other managers with a voice in deciding the future of their website.
A digital marketing assessment reviews your website’s architecture, design, content, and digital marketing footprint, including social media, to ensure that it delivers your business objectives. A thorough digital marketing assessment of your international student recruitment marketing is a critical first step in evaluating your current site’s strengths and weaknesses, and to identify opportunities for your institution to stand out from your competition. This assessment helps schools to understand which web pages, content, media and social channels are attracting international prospective students to their web ecosystem and to further refine their marketing strategy, design and content to convert more prospects to leads, and ultimately, to registered students.
Philippe Taza, CEO and Digital Analyst at Higher Education Marketing will share his experience and advice on international lead generation and optimizing social media and higher ed websites for improved marketing performance. Participants will learn about how to focus their website’s digital marketing goals, benchmark their current site against industry best practices, and optimize their site for continuous improvement.

How to Improve the Quality of your Agent CommunicationCam Harvey
Audience: Educators & Service Providers
►Session description
Poor communication is the number one complaint that agents have about schools. However, what do agents mean by poor communication? Consistently great agent communication takes four factors into account: form, content, clarity, and frequency. If one of these factors is off then relationships may fall short of their full potential and ultimately lead to fewer enrolments.
This lively seminar will help you establish the building blocks of an effective agent communication plan that ensures you convert potential agent relationships into productive agent relationships.
