Seismic e-Staffing (Pty)Ltd originated in 2015 in

the beautiful Winelands town of PAARL, with an

agreed partnership between Roedeb IT Solutions

and Staff@RecruitZA, both owning a 50% share of

Seismic e-Staffing.

The unique concepts, designed and researched

by both these dynamic companies was launched

in April 2016 – still a very new concept aiming to

disrupt the Recruitment Industry.

Seismic is a web-based Online e-Staffing Portal

aimed at recent Graduates and Graduate

professionals. We believe that this is the biggest

gap in the South African and African Job Market.

Our system represents the CV of a Candidate and

we use this system to eliminate any pre-interview

concerns such as, verification of qualifications,

quality information on the screen, a biometric

(Fingerprint) Criminal check and the deal-sealer, a

2-minute introductory video of the Candidate.

Through this you as the Employer have first hand,

quality information to make a calculated selection

and as Candidate, you are well presented to

Employers and Hiring Managers.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

Pricing structure will be discussed with Financial Manager, MD and HR

Manager to establish the Need and to put into monetary value. This

will be a guaranteed saving again the cost of

conventional Recruitment.

JOB SPECIFIC RECRUITMENT

This is no different than the conventional Recruitment process. The

difference is in the quality of CV’s presented to the Client. 1-pager

Terms and Conditions and a 10% Placement fee charged.

CRIMINAL CHECKS & OTHER VERIFICATIONS

We do on-site checks at a reasonable cost and a quick

turnaround time.

HERE’S WHAT WE DO

We have been on a huge marketing drive since

April 2016. Our aim is to disrupt the conventional

recruitment industry. We believe we are offering a

unique opportunity to both Graduates and Graduate

professionals to market themselves with our input

to prospective employers and hiring managers.

Seismic e-Staffing is an online Talent portal with

unique characteristics. This portal, like many, caters

for Candidates and Clients. I will give a detailed

description on what the system will require from

Candidates and what is offers Clients.

Like any database, Seismic e-Staffing will need the

numbers to make an impact in the industry and as

we all know this takes time. So, we decided we

will add the conventional way of recruiting to our

Client offering, i.e. we will advertise vacancies and

download profiles of applicants from our system

and present them to our Clients. This will give the

Employers/Hiring more faith in our system and

eventually they will sign up through monthly

subscription to do their own recruitment as a much

lower cost.

So, if you are entering the Job Market, or thinking

about changing your career or developing your

profession to a more senior level - this portal is for

you. If you are recent Graduate, we welcome you

long run.

CV’s; the system automatically becomes your CV

You are in control for your profile, the editing and activation/

We will book a screening interview with you, so make time available

Ensure you fill in your information correctly, supply enough detail and

use your Capital letter and lower caps correctly

Don’t rush through the process, it reflects badly

CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK

The standard cost of a Criminal record check of

R150 – for an individual. A substantial reduction

in price for Companies can be discussed. We

guarantee to reduce your cost and we will base our

quote depending on numbers.

We are registered and licenced Biometrics Officers,

Qualified and trained by Lexis Nexus.

We work with Lexis Nexus and Afiswitch, who are

the only contracted companies in South Africa

linked to the SAPS database.

Due to identity theft in SA, Criminal Checks are

done by scanning an individual’s fingerprints, and

submitting it online. Id numbers only are no longer

valid. We receive the email report within 48 hours.

It takes about 10 minutes to scan the fingerprints.

Due to Identity Theft, Criminal checks with an ID

number alone are no longer valid in South Africa.

The biometric scanning of an individual’s

fingerprints is the only true way to reflect their

criminal history. With all this we are guaranteed of a

good quality and accurate verification system.

Monthly checks can be resubmitted without

physically scanning the fingerprints for a

second time.

TERMS &CONDITIONS

Seismic e-Staffing agree to recruit staff on the following terms and conditions:

The terms and conditions of this agreement shall not be varied, cancelled, altered, waived or suspended

unless such variation, cancellation, alteration, waiver or suspension is confirmed in writing.

Whilst every attempt is made to ensure suitability, Seismic e-Staffing cannot be held responsible for

competency, honesty or undisclosed physical conditions.

PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT

The client agrees to pay Seismic e-Staffing a placement fee of 10% (ten) of the annual income of the

candidate based on the starting salary as agreed at the time of employment.

Seismic e-Staffing guarantees to, in the event of a permanent employee, placed at your Company by

us, leaving the Company for any reason other than retrenchment, within the guaranteed period; which

commences on the first day of employment, replace the employee free of charge, or if no suitable candidate

can be found, to credit your Company with a pro-rata percentage of the original fee, providing our account

was paid in full within seven days of the date of employment. Pro-rata repayment: 30 days - 70%, 31 - 60

days - 50%, 61 - 90 days - 30%

LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Should Seismic e-Staffing proceed with legal action to recover outstanding fees the Client will be liable for

legal fees on a scale of attorney client fees. In accordance with the National Credit Act, incidental credit of

2% per month will be levied on accounts outstanding for longer than 30 days from date of invoice.
