Preparation for use:1. Before using, check whether the pressure spindle is screwed far enough out of the cap, so that the pressure pad is in the initial position in the hydraulic cylinder.2. Unscrew the cap from the spindle body. First slacken off the grub screw.3. Screw the spindle body from below into the crossbeam of the puller until the body protrudes approx. 60 mm from the crossbeam.4. Screw the cap onto the spindle body until the stop, and then fix it in position by turning in the grub screw.

Use and operation:

1. Place the puller into position andpre-tension the spindle body using asize 32 or 41 mm wrench.

2. Screw the pressure spindle size 12 or17 mm into the cap. The hydraulicprocess will come into play.The workpiece that has been loosenedby the hydraulic force may be pulled off

completely by turning the spindle bodywith the 32 or 41 mm cap.

3. After use, the pressure spindle (size 12or 17 mm) is turned back into its initialposition and the pressure pad pushedinto the hydraulic cylinder.

HSP Grease Hydraulic Pressure Spindle....The grease-hydraulic pressure spindle has been designed for controlled and safe

pulling work, and is set up for a pressure of up to 15 t.
