Total criminal offenses decreased by 26% between 2016 and 2018, largely due to a 41% decrease in Liquor Law Violations Referred for Disciplinary Action and a 67% decrease in Drug Law Violations Referred for Disciplinary Action. Drug Law Violations, on the other hand, increased by 78% between 2016-2017.
