• Secretariat Report covers the period February 2010 to April 2011.

• DLM Financial year is Jan – Dec.• Martin Waldron has managed the secretariat since

March 2010 under a temporary arrangement until a Third party Professional Administration Service Company is appointed.

• The membership has increased by eleven over the past year.

• The members who have joined represent growing level of interest in DLM outside of Europe

• Aleksandra Mrdavsic has joined the group as the DLM Exec interface and will report into the DLM Exec on this workgroup. – This is the first adoption of the new structure to involve and give

Exec members areas of DLM responsibility as discussed at the last Exec meeting.

• The MoReq 2 Translation activity has slowed down • The group are planning a MoReq 2010 Translators

conference during the DLM Conference in December 2011
