Vacancy - Information sheet Administrator, WorkPlace Leeds Ref: WPL/Admin Grade: Scale 4 point 18-21 Salary: £17,333- £19,317 Hours: Full time 37 hours/week Based at: De Lacey House, Abbey Road, Kirkstall, Leeds LS5 The post is funded until 31 st March 2017 in the first instance, after that it is subject to current funding being extended. Purpose of the post Supporting and delivering key administrative tasks at Workplace Leeds, devising strategies to ensure the smooth and efficient administration of service delivery for staff, clients, visitors and contractors. They will also recruit and support admin/ reception volunteers to carry out core admin /reception tasks. The successful applicant will; Hold the ECDL or CLAIT qualification Have excellent IT skills and be competent in working with a wide range of IT applications (e.g. word, internet, databases and spreadsheets) Have good administrative, communication and organisation skills, be able to work under pressure and to a consistent high standard Be a highly organised and self-motivated person who can efficiently and effectively manage a wide variety of tasks and objectives Have excellent communication skills Have experience of: Office work (minimum 2 years) Reception work Monitoring & evaluation Administration of financial systems Making an Application CVs will not be accepted.
