TEST AND EVALUATION
CERTIFIEDAeroPM’s team is made up of T&E specialists, with a large portion of long-course graduates from
internationally recognised UK and US-based Test Pilots’ Schools. Our specialist have spent a
significant portion of their professional careers within the T&E domain and are well-recognised
T&E subject matter experts within the wider ADF T&E fraternity.
EXPERIENCEDOur specialists possess extensive practical experience leading and managing complex Defence
T&E programs that span all facets of T&E, including Preview T&E, Developmental T&E (DT&E),
Acceptance T&E (AT&E) and Operational T&E (OT&E) phases. The AeroPM team is highly
experienced in informing Programs and Projects on T&E Concepts, Requirements and Planning in
the early stages of a Program and/or Project.

Capability Definition is where the project journey begins. AeroPM operators and engineers have extensive experience developing complex capability solutions. Navigating the early stages of the capability life cycle, from defining capability outcomes to steering submissions through committees.
COMMERCIAL SERVICES
CERTIFIEDAeroPM also has strong experience developing contract performance management frameworks
(including Collaborative and Performance Based Contracts) and managing contracts, including
contract reviews and remediation activities.
EXPERIENCEDAdditionally, AeroPM is able to provide Strategic Business Advice to senior executives on a range
of subject matters including Cost/Benefit Analysis outcomes, Service Level Agreements, Strategic

AeroPM is deeply proficient in the preparation and evaluation of solicitation documents, including Requests for Tender, detailed tender preparation, tender evaluation, provision of recommendations, and professional contract negotiation.
INTEGRATED LOGISTICS
CERTIFIEDOur specialists have substantial experience providing subject matter expert advice on logistics and
support requirements along with participating in Request for Tender (RFT) development,
evaluation, and negotiation across the full ASDEFCON suite (Complex, Strategic and Support).
EXPERIENCEDThe AeroPM team have experience across the Air, Land and Joint domains. AeroPM provided ILS
Management support to the Land 154 Counter IED Program, responsible for planning and
execution of all ILS aspects of the project phases (ranging from pre-Approval through to
Acquisition). AeroPM experts have also provided specialist ILS support management for JP 2089
and AIR 6000 Joint Strike Fighter Division Program acquisition.
