1) Saute celery and onion in butter till slightly golden brown edges. 1) Season turkey and stuff empty cavity with parsley and chopped apples. Roast turkey in 350 degree oven until three quarters of the way done. 2) Meanwhile mix nutmeg, apple cider concentrate and butter in sauce pan. Baste turkey with mixture every 20 minutes until internal temperature reads 155 degrees. 3) Let turkey rest for 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
