Welcome to Sea Max Ship Management, Offshore Operation and Maintenance LLC.
SEAMAX is an ISM Safety Management System Certified Company,incorporated in 2008 with the aim of been a quality service providerto the International Offshore Oil and Gas Industries.
Our services cover all aspects of Offshore Operations from Chartering, Ship Management (commercial & technical), Ship repairs and offshore operations and maintenance solutions incorporating integrated design, structural fabrication, repairs and Installation in the field.
Sea Max has been able to strengthen our position by representing various vessel owners with objective of providing marine and offshore and supportfor various Operations.
The fleet of vessels we have on our books ranges from AccommodationBarges, Construction Barges, Anchor Handling, Dive Support Vessels(DP 1 – DP2) Tugs, Supply Vessels, Fast Crew boats, Utility Survey Vessel,Safety Standby Vessels, Offshore Barges and Landing crafts, but not limited to.

Vessel ManagementSea Max specializes in providing a comprehensive support infrastructure for our clients as well as vessel owners. Inorder to achieve the high standards expect in Offshore O&G Industry we will assume full responsibility of the vessel onbehalf of the Client / Owner and operate the vessel as part of our fleet.This entails the following activities:Crew Management:Crew Changes – Crew Vetting – Crew PlacementVessel Management:Vessel Vetting – Planning Surveys - InspectionsSupport Services:Provision – Spares – Bunkering – All aspects of procurementSafety:HSEQ Vetting - Safety Management System Auditing

Our belief at Sea Max is that due to the general nature of Offshore Operations it is important for our clients to be able toturn to us with a vessel requirement and walk away knowing that our team will go in to the market and Source Suitable Vessel. Therefore Sea Max Operates on a 5 step process:1. Does the vessel meet our clients requirements.2. Does the vessel have a good track record.3. Is the vessel rate market competitive – Charter Rate – Fuel Consumption.4. Does the Vessel service history presented match the log.5. Finally are all the statutory certification in date.Once the vessel is deemed suitable and meets the requirements issued for the Operation, only then will it be presented to the client.
All Charter Party Agreements are issued through the BIMCO Web Site.
