Whole School Home Learning – The Year of the Word Launch: 30 th Spetember 2019 – Feast of St Jerome

Scripture is at the centre of everything the Church does. The word of God shapes our prayer and worship. The Bible shows us how to understand the world, how we

are called to live and relate to each other.

To mark the opening of this special year in our church we would like you to create a piece of art work to reflect your favourite story, passage or phrase in the Bible.

Here are some examples of stories to choose from but feel free to choose your own favourite.

The Last SupperNoah and the FloodThe feeding of the 5000Joseph and his coat of many coloursThe story of Zacchaeus

You can choose any medium you like for example; drawing, collage, painting or clay. Please do not make if any larger than A4 so that we can display your creations in school.
