School wasn’t for Jenaya, and she finished school in Year 11 with an interest in art and drawing.
She took an apprenticeship with AMA and over the past three years Jenaya has seen her interest grow into passion and a clear idea of her career path.
She will be a fully qualified Spray Painter by the time she is 20-years-old.
Jenaya’s StoryZanoa was an apprentice Spray Painter but was expelled from Year 12 just two weeks prior to her graduation.
Zanoa was given an opportunity with AMA as an apprentice 2 ½ years ago and with her life now on track and will complete her apprenticeship early due to her diligence and drive.

AMA believes our training program is the first of its kind anywhere in the world. When an apprentice starts they are assigned a coach. They are also given the coach’s working history, specialisation and work ethic so they can better understand the skills of the person coaching them. All coaches have completed a specialised course which develops skills and knowledge across a broad range of areas to build a career with AMA.
Development & LearningAMA Group provides ongoing learning and development to ensure that our team are up-to-date with the latest crash repair methods and technology. We employ Technical Development Officers (TDOs) to deliver traditional and modern repair techniques in the automotive industry.
Through our online learning platform employees can progress their career path by becoming a successful Customer Service Officer, Parts Manager, Estimator or Production Manager. Or be the leader of a successful site within AMA Group as a Centre Manager - the possibilities are endless!
