CASE STUDY: FROM DEGREES TO CAREERS
• In September 2015, we partnered with agency resource Ri5 to investigate trends in graduate careers. We wanted to find out the correlation between graduate degree sectors and graduate job industries. Do graduates pursue a career in their degree sector?
Brief
•Email communications to our audience •Hosted a news article on our content site •Promoted through our social media channels • Insight Breakfast to reveal the results •Press coverage, including Ri5, Recruitment Buzz, Global Recruiter and Onrec
Activity
•We had over 2,500 responses in one month, enabling us to gain a better understanding of what’s missing, what’s needed and how students and graduates feel in the job market.

CASE STUDY: SOCIAL MEDIA RESEARCH PROJECT
• Thirty Three wanted to produce a research paper that would reveal more information about how graduates and young professionals use social media when looking for a job and their future career opportunities.
Brief
•Solus email sent to our graduate audience promoting the survey and the chance to win an iPad. •An Insight breakfast was held to reveal the results.
Activity
•Over 1,000 responses were received in two weeks •The research thoroughly analysed the use of content types and how
social media can influence an audience’s online actions more effectively.

CASE STUDY: SCHOOL LEAVERS CAREER CONFIDENCE SURVEY
• In July, Milkround School Leavers produced their annual report on School Leaver Career Confidence in the UK, in an attempt to find out what influences school leavers, and how their feel about their career prospects.

•Solus email sent to our school leaver audience promoting the survey and the chance to win Amazon Vouchers. •Social media promotion •Article on our advice site
Activity
•Over 2,500 responses were received in a month •A number of interesting results appeared from the survey, including what influences students in their careers and industry choices, what careers information they receive at college, and how confident they feel in their future careers. •The report is featured on Ri5, Recruitment Grapevine and New Business
