Medical Condition Scholarships This is a listing of scholarships that are offered for students with specific medical conditions. There are also some for students who have a parent or a family member with a specific diagnosis. Most can be used at any school. GI Transferability Bill Post 9/11 GI Bill family transfer option allows service members to shift their benefits to their families.
