Chef Wars Grand Champions Specialties

We will highlight the winning entries of our Chef Wars Grand Champions last October 2015, with Calamansi as

the main ingredient in the set of menus.

Last 2015, Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria joined the Chef Wars for the first time. The theme highlighted Philippine

ingredients. Chef Manuel Abogado, Chef Christopher John Sanchez and Chef Jude Enierga represented Crowne

Plaza Manila Galleria in the competition. Our three chefs practiced and developed their recipes for a week. Thus, a

fruitful result for our three dedicated chefs as they formulated recipes which worked well with the main

ingredient and which also made them Grand Champions of Chef Wars 2015. Taste these winning entries of our local

chefs from April 1-30, 2016 at Seven Corners.
