FIREARMS DECLARATION FORM AND CROSSING THE CANADIANBORDER

Attached is a firearms declaration form that you need to fill out prior to crossing theCanadian border.

IdentificationGenerally, crossing this border is straight-forward and will include going throughimmigration customs both ways.

Ensure you have the necessary papers. Identification papers such as a passport or birthcertificate are recommended over a driver's license or voter registration card. You alsomay be asked to show a return air ticket as well as the hunting contract between you andSawtooth Outfitters Ltd.

What you are allowed to bring to Canada

In addition to your personal gear required for the hunt, you may bring the following intoCanada:

� 200 cigarettes (= 1 carton), or 50 cigars, or 14 ounces of tobacco

� 1.1 liters or 40 imperial ounces (= 1 bottle) of liquor or wine, or 24 x 355-milliliter(12-ounce) bottles or cans of beer for personal consumption

� Gifts up to the value of C$60 per gift.

� You can bring in a small amount of food for your own consumption.

1. This agreement, entered between Sawtooth Outfitters Ltd. and the below endorsedsportsman on the date indicated near each signature, sets out all aspects of thecomplete agreement between the parties, and reflects the final agreement concerningthe services to be performed and goods provided by Sawtooth Outfitters Ltd. as wellas respective rights and duties of the parties. The final resolution of all previousdiscussions and negotiations are set forth below, and there are no implied terms tothis agreement other than those expressly set forth herein. In no way does thiscontract or any articles herein guarantee or promise the below undersigned a kill or ashooting.

2. Hunting Area: British Columbia, Canada – East Kootenay region

3. The following service and equipment provided by Sawtooth Outfitters Ltd. will betailored by Sawtooth Outfitters Ltd. to the nature and types of the hunting camp andterrain. Client preference, weather and other hunting conditions may require verybasic and primitive facilities.

� Sleeping, dining and toilet facilities.

� A camp with food consisting of at least two “sit down” meals per day, plus a fieldtype luncheon meal.

� Game handling in the field to camp or a processing plant transportation in thefield, will be driven by Sawtooth Outfitters Ltd. employees unless otherwiserequested by the client.

� Transportation to and from Cranbrook airport

� Livestock, such as horses and dogs. Horses will be utilized only as conditionsrequire and solely at the discretion of Sawtooth Outfitters Ltd..

4. SPORTSMAN SHALL FURNISH:� Sleeping Bag, towel and other items of personal comfort.

� Weapons and ammunition which are legal for the taking of game in BritishColumbia.

5. SPORTSMAN’S DUTIES. ALL HUNTERS SHALL AT ALL TIMES:� Conduct themselves in a polite and orderly manner.

� Practice firearm safety and good hunting habits.

� Not consume non-prescription drugs or alcohol during hunting hours and shallremain mentally alert at all times.

� Observe all hunting and camp rules as presented by Sawtooth Outfitters Ltd.,either in writing or verbally.

� Strictly adhere to all Ministry of Wildlife regulations and British ColumbiaStatutes pertaining to hunting and hunting safety

6. THE UNDERSIGNED SPORTSMAN UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT:� Hunting activity involves certain inherent risks of loss or injury or illness that

each hunter assumes that risk of loss and injury and illness and furthermore agreesto indemnify and hold harmless Sawtooth Outfitters Ltd., its employees, agents,contracted personnel and Sawtooth Outfitters Ltd.’s Private or Corporate PropertyLessors from any and all liability, costs, claims and demands whatsoever,including costs of any legal action, including reasonable attorney’s fees.

� He or she will read and sign the attached WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISKAND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT if they wish to contract the services ofSawtooth Outfitters Ltd.

7. FINAL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN THE FORM OF CASH AND/ORMAJOR BRAND TRAVELERS CHECKS UPON ARRIVAL. Personal checks willnot be accepted as final payment!

� Deposits represent reservation of space that is then unavailable to otherhunters, and are not refundable unless the client provides a replacement.You may want to purchase trip cancellation insurance if you foresee anypotential conflicts that may arise with your scheduled hunt.

� There shall be no refund or prorating due to inclement weather nor if for any otherreason beyond the control of Sawtooth Outfitters Ltd., the hunter must leave campprior to the expiration of his hunt.

� If a sportsman is unwilling to abide by all of the terms of this agreement and rulesof the camp, then, at the sole discretion of Sawtooth Outfitters Ltd., the huntershall be asked to leave the camp and the hunt canceled with no refund.

� ALL PRICES IN U.S. DOLLARS, ADD 3.5% GST (GOODS ANDSERVICES TAX) - unless otherwise stated

� THE COST OF YOUR HUNT INCLUDES: All meals and lodging while youare in camp, riding and pack horses, field preparation of your meat and trophies,transportation from Cranbrook/Kimberley to base camp and return, pre-huntacquiring of (not cost of) all licenses and tags, all necessary export permits, andassistance around Cranbrook/Kimberley, if necessary, to see butcher, taxidermistand/or Ministry of Environment for compulsory inspections.

� THE COST OF YOUR HUNT EXCLUDES: Fees for hunting licenses andtags, Non-Resident Hunting Preservation Fund (NRHPF) of CND$125.00,gratuities to guides, meat butchering, taxidermy, shipping of meat and trophies,alcoholic beverages, the Canadian Goods and Services Tax (GST) and all travel,accommodation and meals prior to Day 1 of hunt and after arriving inCranbrook/Kimberley on the last day of hunt.

� Sawtooth Outfitters Ltd. relies that you are a sportsman and have sufficienthunting skills and abilities for the type of hunt booked, along with intimateknowledge of the operation of your weapon and that you are in good physicalshape. All physical limitations or health problems must be made known toSawtooth Outfitters Ltd. in the blank space provided below this contract. Youmust also assume all responsibility for such conditions and hold SawtoothOutfitters Ltd. harmless thereto as described above and in the WAIVER,ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT.

� Hunting procedures and activities by Sawtooth Outfitters Ltd. depend on weather,game conditions, skill and physical conditions of the hunters. Sawtooth OutfittersLtd. may in its sole discretion, change camp location, hunting areas and methodsto best increase your opportunity to make your hunt successful.

8. Each undersigned acknowledges that he has read all of the information material sentby Sawtooth Outfitters Ltd. or read on the web site, including the brochure anddate/price sheet pertaining to specific hunting dates, outfitter fees, license fees,accommodations, services provided, location and terrain description of hunting areas,weather considerations, game conditions, and hunting methods and agrees that thecontent of said material coincides with all the information received by telephone fromSawtooth Outfitters Ltd.. Where differences exist, this written contract controls. Thisagreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their heirs, representatives oragents and shall NOT be assigned without the specific written approval of all parties.

9. Outfitters are licensed and required to possess the minimum level of liabilityinsurance and acknowledge that the activities of outfitters are regulated by the Lawsof British Columbia

WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT YOU GIVE UP THE RIGHT TOSUE FOR ANY INJURY OR DAMAGES HOWSOEVER CAUSED

Sawtooth Outfitters Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sawtooth Ltd.") and employees,representatives, officers and agents (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Sawtooth Ltd.Employees").

I,__________________________________________ hereby sign this agreement onbehalf of myself, my personal representatives, heirs and assigns.

The described recreational activity of guided hunting, and all associated activity, which Iwill now refer to as the "Activity" or “Activities”, and when I intend to, or already have,purchased from Sawtooth Ltd.. This release, waiver of claims, and indemnification ismade on my behalf as well as any minor child who might participate in the Activity withme and for whom I am responsible, and the use of the word "I" or "my" includes thatminor. Realizing that Sawtooth Ltd. has no knowledge of my background, training, skills,or other abilities, and that I am the best judge of those qualities, and also realizing thatSawtooth Ltd. cannot control the way in which I or others participate or conduct myselfor themselves in the Activity. I therefore, in consideration of my desire to participate inthe Activity, understand, acknowledge, and agree with and to the above and to thefollowing:

1. I agree as a precondition to my participation in backcountry recreation or huntingactivities, organized by Sawtooth Ltd. and conducted by Sawtooth Ltd. and/or"Sawtooth Ltd. Employee's", and in further consideration of Sawtooth Ltd. allowingme to do so, to be strictly bound by the terms of this Waiver, Assumption of Risk andIndemnity Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "This Agreement").

2. I affirm that my age is at least 18 years and that I have no medical conditions orphysical disabilities that would limit my ability to competently and safely participatein the Activity. I am the parent or legal guardian of any minor who will participate inthe Activity with me and I will be responsible for the safety and well being of theminor. I will not allow any minor participating in the Activity with me who is underthe age of 18 years to operate any equipment by himself or herself on any equipment,or to act in any way which is contrary to the rules or instruction of Sawtooth Ltd..

3. I acknowledge that these activities involve INHERENT RISKS that may causeSERIOUS INJURY AND POSSIBLY DEATH TO PARTICIPANTS includingbut not limited to hazards of traveling by motorized vehicle, on horseback, by boats;hazards of being exposed to the elements of nature; hazards of carrying and being inpossession of firearms and ammunition; hazards of being in areas where hunters arelikely to be present; hazards of being and traveling in remote wilderness areas andhazards arising from accident, acts of God, illness, and forces of nature. I furtherrecognize that these activities involve ADDITIONAL RISKS AND DANGERS.

4. I fully understand the risks and dangers associated with my participation in theseactivities and ACCEPT SAME ENTIRELY AT MY OWN RISK.

5. I hereby WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS which I may have against SawtoothLtd. and/or "Sawtooth Ltd. Employee's" and RELEASE Sawtooth Ltd. ANDEMPLOYEES from ALL LIABILITY for injury, death, property damage or anyother loss sustained by me as a result of my participation in these activities, DUE TOANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER including, without limitation, negligence on the partof Sawtooth Ltd. or "Sawtooth Ltd. Employee's".

6. I further AGREE TO INDEMNIFY Sawtooth Ltd. and "Sawtooth Ltd. Employee's"for any and all legal fees (on a solicitor and his own client basis) or costs which maybe incurred in defending any lawsuit or claim I may bring against them.

7. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sawtooth Outfitters Ltd., agents,contracted personnel and Private or Corporate Property Lessors from any and allliability, costs, claims and demands whatsoever, including costs of any legal action,including attorney’s fees.

8. I realize and agree that these provisions will be and are FULLY BINDING andeffective against me, any minor participating in the Activity with me for whom I amresponsible, my family, guests, employees, and agents, as well as by my and theirheirs, legal representatives, and all others who might act on our behalf or in our place.

9. I appreciate that This Agreement applies whether Sawtooth Ltd. is at fault or not andit limits the liability of Sawtooth Ltd. Employees to the same extent as it limits theliability of Sawtooth Ltd. even though Sawtooth Ltd. Employees are not formalparties to This Agreement. I understand that Sawtooth Ltd., in securing execution ofThis Agreement by myself, is acting as agent or trustee on behalf of or for the benefitof Sawtooth Ltd. Employees, and Private or Corporate Property Lessors who shall tothis extent be or be deemed to be parties to This Agreement.

10. Any lawsuit, judicial proceeding, or any other action concerning this contract orprovisions hereof shall be instituted only in the Province of British Columbia. Bysigning below, the parties hereunto acknowledge that they understand all the terms ofthis contract and furthermore agree that this contract shall be governed by the laws ofthe Province of British Columbia, both as to its interpretation and performance.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT. I UNDERSTANDTHAT THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A PROMISE NOT TO SUE SAWTOOTHLTD. OR SAWTOOTH LTD. EMPLOYEES AND A RELEASE ANDINDEMNITY FOR ALL CLAIMS.

SUGGESTED LIST OF ITEMS TO BRING ON YOUR HUNT

� Rifle or Bow

� Binoculars – 8-10 power, you will be spending a good deal of timeglassing with your guide so high quality optics are a good investment.

� Rangefinder

� Small flashlight and batteries

� Sunglasses

� Rain gear (very important) – as with binoculars, high quality rainwear isworth it – we suggest Gortex with a quiet finish – e.g., Cabela’s MTO50.Except for our late season moose and deer hunts, it is generally better tobuy uninsulated rain gear and use it as an outer shell when necessary.

� Hunting boots – stiff construction, waterproof – make sure to wear workthem in before your trip. Meindl boots from Cabelas are a great choice.

� Personal Prescriptions/towel

� Camp shoes for after hours in cabins

� Gloves-insulated and water proof- 2 pairs

� Sleeping bag – lightweight down or synthetic warmth factor to 0 degrees

� Daypack or fanny pack to carry lunch, rainwear when not in use -wesupply saddlebags

� Camera & film

� Clothing-Usually 2-3 pairs of pants, denim, wool or fleece is sufficient –should fit loosely for comfort on horseback. Thermal underwear, outershirts, socks, underwear- 2-3 sets in case of getting wet.
