DESCRIPTION OF HBS 300 – Our Model “HBS 300” is a Hinge type metal cutting Horizontal Bandsaw Machine, This machine can cut 250 mm round diameter at 90 degree, Also it has feature to cut at any angle upto 60 degrees (right) and upto 45 Degree (left) with it‟s easy rotating head in dual directions, it‟s special design enables us to change the angle of frame without moving the cutting job, operator can easily set any angle within 10 seconds only. FEATURES

1. Blade stops automatically each time it finishes a cut.

2. If tension of blade is below the required parameter then machine will not start to work until the operator sets it to required limit.

NOTICEABLE FEATURES OF OUR MACHINE ARE

1. C.I CASTING PARTS –

We have used high Quality C.I Casting parts, the total weight of cast iron parts is around 250 kg on the machine, and Machining of these parts is done by highly advanced CNC and VMC machines with high precision. Due to use of C.I Casting our machines are less vibrating and cuts high accurate parts, bringing more life to the blades. These heavy cast iron parts are made in one piece – shown below using green color , Frame is mounted over rotating bed using a coupling ( shown with violet color) so that vibrations can be minimized almost to negligible they hold the frame of the machine so good that you always get accuracy as like double column bandsaw with long life.

2. BLADE GUIDING MECHANISNM – We have provided special roller carbide guides with our machine, they have high life and get consumed very slowly with the running of machine, they cover the blade contact surface from three sides therefore top , left and right , the coolant directly falls over it and leaves the minimum friction there.

They can be adjusted according to cross section of material to minimize vibrations. Also they can be adjusted in left and right directions to adjust perpendicularity on the cut, very easily without being requirement of any technician.

3. SAWING FRAME WITH LOWEST WELDING WORK –

Our sawing arm of machine has very low welding which eliminates the possible bend that arises due to welding effect, instead of welding, we use fastening wherever possible, this makes our machine highly accurate and low vibrating

. Only 20% of welding has been used over an area of 1300x500 mm, it brings more accuracy to the wheel alignment and longer life to blade along with good looks




4. SHEET METAL FABRICATION PARTS –

The parts which involve sheet metal fabrication are cut using Laser and they are bend using press brake machines, so as to avoid maximum welding in whole construction of machine from Base to frame. This brings accuracy and high class workmanship to our machines, which makes them an international quality machine, We provide blade cover, wheel cover, Removable chip collector all parts precisely fabricated for exact fit on machine.

5. ELECTRICAL PANEL COMPONENTS – We provide electrical panel with 24 V panel voltage, All the Relays, overload relays, contactor, MCB, SMPS ,

Selector switch, Push buttons are used of well known make like Schneider and L&T.

We take the operator safety on top priority and never compromise with Quality of electrical components used. We make our Panel Simple and easy to use.

6. COOLANT SYSTEM – We provide all our machines with standard flood coolant system, the cutting oil +Water mixed in 1:15 ration

Forms a cooling agent which is stored in a 35 litre inbuilt reservoir, when you run the machine a 0.09Kw motor pumps it through pipes and put it over guides, blades and cutting material , the flow can be controlled.




7. HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT –

This unit provides power to hydraulic clamping of job with 300 mm stroke and auto lift of the frame after finishing the cut. We use all the very well known hydraulic components in our hydraulic power pack. Such as Hydraulic Pump, Solenoid valves, Gear coupling, Electric motor, oil Tank, Pressure relief valve, Dial gauge, Fittings, Hose Pipes, Control Valves, Filter, suction strainer, oil leveler and Precisely made manifold block. All these components are from Yuken, dowty, Hydrome, Hydroline, Boss and Dynatech which together forms a hydraulic unit with long life and trouble free running. This hydraulic unit is placed inside the machine tank itself, with a door closure and it can be moved out for maintenance and oil filling easily.

NOTE – Use only clean and branded hydraulic oil like Servo, Carol, Max etc., grade 68.

8. BLADES, SPARES AND CONSUMABLES LIFE –

As we have designed our machine in such a way that blade receives minimum jerks or vibrations during cutting, it increases the tool life and makes cutting cost lower. Similarly other cosumables like chip brush, roller bearings, carbide guide blades have much longer life and need to be changed only after long run. We have 24x7 availability of all spares and consumable items which can be provided to the customer at a very short notice and reasonable price, along with service backup from our highly professional engineer‟s team, mostly at free of cost under warranty period and there after a very minimal amount charged after mutual agreement with customer.




9. RAW MATERIAL AND BOUGHT OUT PARTS – Everything that we use on our machines is a high

quality material whether channels, sheets, tubes, rods, seals, valves, electrical components, hydraulic hose pipes etc are from well known brands and trusted suppliers.

The pre-condition for guarantee claim is to keep recommended maintenance schedule according to the Saw Max guidelines (manual). All Electrical parts I.e. limit switches , Linear Scale/encoder , PLC , Display , contactors , push buttons , motor etc. are warranted for 12 months against material / design /mfg. Defects Only. Burnout / broken electrical, Plastic products will not be replaced by the company. Hydraulic parts i.e. valves, pumps,cylinder etc. are warranted for 06 months against material / mfg./ design defects. Pre condition is to use clean hydraulic oil. NOTE – We use well known products for Electrical and hydraulics like Shenider Relays, MCB, Contactor, Push buttons etc. And Hydraulics – Yuken solenoid valves, Dowty or boss gear pump, hydroline filters leveler, Mass pressure gauge, Polyhydron etc. Warranty on these products is as per warranty from original manufacturer
