The principles of Jiu-Jitsu allow a person to use simple body mechanics, leverage, and momentum to control an opponent with efficiency and minimal effort. Jiu-Jitsu is great for anyone seeking improved fitness goals, self- defense, competition, or just a way to stay active and healthy! *Located in gymnasium. Wed: 5:30pm - ages 5-14 Flag Football: 45 minutes This class will demonstrate the necessary skills needed to play football. Participants will engage in fun and exciting drills and games that will foster a love for football! Mon: 5:00pm - ages 5-7 Soccer Skills & Drills Clinic Series: 45 minutes Each clinic will include a group warm-up followed by skill-building scrimmages. Tue: 5:00pm - ages 4-6 Basketball Skills & Drills Clinic Series: 45 minutes Participants will learn the rules and fundamentals of the game! Thu: 6:00pm - ages 7-10 Outdoor Youth Soccer: 45 minutes Each week’s clinic will include a group warm-up followed by skill- building scrimmages while learning the fundamentals of the game! Depending on the age level, we will cover ball handling, passing, scoring, defense, team work and much more. We will play at our outdoor playfield and move indoors if inclement weather occurs. Sat: 11:15am - ages 6-9 Archery: 45 minutes Children will learn the basics of archery including how to play properly and safely use a bow and arrow at our archery range! Thu: 5:00pm - ages 6-12 Outdoor Adventure Club: 45 minutes Children will take to the outdoors as they hike, climb and explore! They will learn about local animal and plant life as they explore the property. Mon: 6:00pm - ages 6-12 Hip Hop: 45 minutes If your little one just loves to move, this class is for them! Age appropriate music and fun, athletic dance steps will be taught during this class. Isolations, popping and free-style movement will all be a focus of this athletic and energetic dance style. Tue: 5:30pm - ages 6-12 Youth Guitar Lessons: 45 minutes These introductory lessons teach children the parts of the guitar, how to tune a guitar, and practice string exercises. Later lessons include chord progressions, and students will work towards learning a song! Tue: 5:00pm - ages 6-12 Ropes Course: 60 minutes Learn team building skills as you climb, balance, and traverse through our low and high outdoor ropes course! Lift Heavy, Look Lean: 60 minutesF: $140 M: $180 N: $265This class will teach you strategies for getting cut and lean using free weights, barbells and bodyweight exercises. Includes 2 workouts per week with a Certified Personal Trainer. Before and after pictures and 2 body composition measurements at the start and end of the session are included. ($50 value!)

Pike: ages 3-6 40 minsThis class is for children who have little or no water experience or have a fear of the water. Kicking, floating, reaching, shoulder bobbing and jumping are taught. Swimmers bubbles should be no more than a level 2 bubble. Children can swim a length of the pool on their front and back at the end of this level. Prerequisite: Swimmer must be able to swim the width of 3 lanes without flotation. Polliwog: ages 6+ 40 minsThis class is for the child who has little or no experience. Jumping, bobbing, floating, kicking and gliding will be introduced, along with reaching, pulling and breathing control as the child becomes independent of the flotation devices. Guppy: ages 6+ 40 minsSwimmers must swim half the length of the pool without assistance and submerge their face in the water to enter this class. Minnow: ages 6+ 40 minsSwimmers must swim 1 length of front crawl with rhythmic breathing and 1 length of backstroke to enter this class.
