April 9, 2017

Palm Sunday of the Passion of the Lord Today we enter into the heart of the Gospel and our faith. Again, we look at the question of life and death,

with a focus on Jesus’ suffering and death. We are always looking forward, but there is no escaping death

— and for most of us — some level of suffering in life. How do we deal with, accept and relate to this reality? Fortunately, we have a model in Jesus. Will

the model inspire or repel us? Or, in a world of “reality” in the media, will it have any impact at all?

Holy Father’s Prayer Intentions for April Young People

That young people may respond generously to their vocations and seriously consider offering themselves

to God in the priesthood or consecrated life.
