“The Human iPod” Daily Mail In this interactive concert, jazz pianist Derek Paravicini will respond to audience requests for a spontaneous performance of any work, written at any time, by any composer. In the second part, guest musicians join Derek on stage for a series of musical vignettes.

Composer and music teacher Adam Ockelford has worked with children with special needs and for over 40 years. Building on his popular TED Talk, in this lecture Adam looks at the relationship between music and autism, drawing on his years teaching and working with concert pianist Derek Paravicini.
