1 Sang Soo Lee Prof. Sang Soo Lee received a degree of B.S. in the Department of Natural Resources and Technologies, Yonsei University, Korea in 2003, and a M.S. and Ph.D. in the Department of Soil, Environmental and Atmospheric Sciences, University of Missouri, Columbia, MO, USA in 2006 and 2009, respectively. His M.S. study evaluated the soil physical properties or soil surface seals on anionic polyacrylamide (PAM) amended soils subjected to various simulated rainfall and the effectiveness of high resolution X-ray computed tomography to determine the benefits of PAM on soil surface seals. His Ph.D. study was to investigate the effectiveness of PAM and gypsum on soils of differing characteristics and to quantify its benefits on four dependant variables of time to initial runoff, runoff, sediment loss, and saturated hydraulic conductivity. Now, he is serving as a research professor at Kangwon National University and a vice director at Korea Biochar Research Center since 2010.

Sang Soo Lee

Prof. Sang Soo Lee received a degree of B.S. in the Department of Natural Resources and

Technologies, Yonsei University, Korea in 2003, and a M.S. and Ph.D. in the Department of Soil,

Environmental and Atmospheric Sciences, University of Missouri, Columbia, MO, USA in 2006
